If suddenly all the traffic lights stay green for over an hour, you can be sure McArthur has been throwing another tantrum. As the son of the town’s largest owner of precious metals, he has but one passion and that is motor car racing. And when you’re born with a silver spoon in the mouth, having mini high-performance racing cars built for you and then throwing the traffic into disarray to test them out, is really nothing more than child's play.

2 can slip easily to your deck.
Damage 4 in the Uppers is a great thing
Great bonus.
Ability works well with bonus.

Weak to all stop. (slightly to SOA or SOB)
4 power sucks at times.

I have played McArthur for quite a long time and I can say that this card is AMAZING one of the best Uppers I have ever played.

First, of all is his 4 damage which works well with the Uppers since most of them have the 6 and 8 damage which can do a 2HKO move.

Second, is his ability I know that some of you might not agree with me but his ability is really strong even with bonus off if you can get the same number of pillz with your opp you will almost always win because of his 2 star stat.

Third, is that most of the time your opp won't use his all stop on him. Why? If you are a mono upper you do realize that cards like Glenn, Kazayan, Oxen, Herman, Nellie and many more are far more dangerous than this card, and if you do play half deck, card like Sah Brinak, Ditha, Eggman, Igor, Ojibway, Gretchen and many f***ing more are far more All stop or SOA worthy.

Fourth, even if you do meet something like a mono Piranas or a mono Roots, McArthur's ability or bonus is more than enough to take care of that. For Roots and GHEIST they still need to pill 3-4 pillz to beat your bonus. If you meet a Piranas or a Nightmare your ability can take care of them if you can predict their pill range.

Fifth, a power = opp power card with a 2 star is very rare in the world of UR, because if you do found yourself to have an equal attack to the opp you will almost always win. (the lowest star always win when the attack power is equal and if they have the same level the one that moves first wins.)

Do you realize that that these cards are in the order of release? So we should rather expect a 1* 4/3 Power=Power opponent card :)

Power = Opponent Power cards are great when coupled with a good bonus, like Uppers, All-Stars, Bangers and Ulu. And that 4 damage means that almost everybody will pill at least one or two against him. Might be my favorite Uppers 2*, because you can't just let 4 damage go through (but Jose Star is close). Great release.

Good filler with the obvious weakness to SoA and Power manip. Not bad at all. Depending on the format there are many who would prefer him over that 2* dog.

Also, is McArthur a limited release? I noticed on the New Bloods pack list, he's currently scheduled to rotate out of New Bloods a lot sooner than the other three releases this week--like within the next few New Blood pack releases. Odd.
