Many factors come into play when treating fractures such as whether it’s on a flat, long or short bone or whether it is located in the diaphysis, the epiphysis or the metaphysis because that could even suggest a comminuted fracture… The Rescue clan is always at the bottom of a ravine or on the top of a building risking life and limb, so Dr Norton is on hand to scan any internal injury and come up with a quick solution!

A good day to encourage Rescue fans to play once again in Elo.

Dr Norton: 6/2 Support -1 opp power, min 5

Another 2* is always good; adds up space for 2 5* in Rescue :*:
Ability is Support and is power reduction; great synergy with bonus
Solid stats of 6/2 for a 2*, say goodbye to Larry and maybe Lothar if you like stability

Competition? Maybe, I do like 4 2* which is Krash, Steve, Sue and him (over Lothar imo)
Min 5.. umm well its a common.. its solid stats is already good enough for me.. how much more pwr reduction with attack manipulation ..! PURE OWNAGE FOR A COMMON ! I think if he was uncommon, it would be min 4 but nevermind that.

Basically a 9/10 If they change the ability, like all other release with Common cards nowadays, he;s rating would lower down. Why 9 btw? Its simple... The synergy, the solid stats, and a common card ( yes, can be cheap). Dont doubt on him because he can be a pain in the ass. Though soa/sob may slow down him a bit.. At least he still has that solid ability/bonus whcih help him utilize, with proper pilling ofc.

Dr Norton is a very useful wall. I rate it at a solid 9/10.

If it had 3 damage, it would have been 10/10.

Dr Norton.....Wonder if his nemesis 'the great AVG' will come out ;)

Rescue has this unfortunate ability of making cards extremely overpowered thanks to their instant in your face bonus. Dr Norton is a fine example of these cards!

His base stats are fairly normal, 2 damage is nothing special and as usual doesn't really warrant any sort of pilling to get it in. Lucky he has a disgustingly good ability that completely wipes that issue against any card without SOB. In his prime Norton will take 9 power or less cards (most cards) down to 5 power and 10 down to a comfortable 6 power that he can still take on rather easily. Now that 5 power vs 6 with attack manip is just absolutely....unfair!

One pill on Norton is guaranteeing a very heavy pill investment from the other card, thats right!!!! ONE pill!!!! anything above this and the opponent is left behind struggling to keep up. That makes him an insane wall and an insane bluff caller. No more throwing out the Tremorh's or Plunks this guy is there to ensure Rescue have a one up against any power cards and bluff potentials.

So what does this make Dr Norton? A 10/10 of course. No flaws (even against SOB/SOA he has either the ability or bonus respectively which is more than enough to be a pain in the ass) Id hesitate and then say he's the best 2* Rescue have, but then I reconsider and put him on par with Lea. Because she is a pain in the ass as well ;)

So let's make a decent review on this card.

Stars: 2
Power 6
Damage 2
Ability: Support: -1 Opp Power, Min 5
Bonus: Support: Attack +3

Rescue always had a major problem.
Their bonus doom them to play solo.
But they had once upon a time the strongest and cheapest bonus in the game.
Noobs could get games from pros using Rescue.
That was once upon a time, since Huracan is now a new clan that can also collaborate with other clans.
While Rescue have a solid +12 but solo clan, Huracan must retain their life (if increase life their bonus keeps rising though).
So Rescue come second in the ranking of cheap bonus after that happened.
Plus Rescue might be the hardest clan to design new cards. I mean, UR staff must be VERY careful, since one minor error on testing might create a broken card.

Now this card, Dr Norton is great.
First off about the name. Yeah i also personally believe that it is a funny reference to the well known anti virus.
Secondly, about the artwork, it is good. It is a great alternative artwork to the game, that gives variety to the eye.

About the utility now.
Well it is a common, that means he will become cheap through time, no matter how desperate some jerks will try to price manipulate him.
2 stars, means he saves space for deckbuilding.
One of the hardest things to do in UR, is to create a decent Rescue Elo deck.
Dr Norton came to boost the clan.
He was really needed.
A really REALLLY good two star.
Power 6 is the STANDARD power for Rescue cards. Take a look at 4 star cards. Many got 6 power.
Power 6 guarantees that SOA alone will not turn him into useless junk. consider SOA a rootkit :P
Damage 2 it's ok he is Rescue after all.

And here comes the hot thing about him:

Support: -1 Opp Power, Min 5 If ability passes he becomes BETTER than 10/2
This is a really useful card for Rescue, perfect for defensive play, and as i see they will turn this clan through time, the passive defensive calm power gamestyle.
The bonus is like giving you 2 free pillz.
He is an excellent bluff caller.

Dr Norton takes a 10/10 Because of the great utility, for only 2 stars, and common rarity.
