It was during recent work on the new Clint City subway line that the underground shelter, housing Riotspolis, was drilled apart. This Utopian city, dreamt up by wise men at the turn of the century, could now wave goodbye to its tranquility and isolation. Unsurprisingly upset by this turn of events, the Riotsville Council, led by the Patriarch Pericles, decided that the time had come for them to at last emerge from their isolation and impose their “wise rulings” on this barbaric bunch of hoodlums inhabiting the surface.

Opened up an Octana day 1 and sold her for 96k, let's just leave this here and see how her price changes in a few months.

My first review smiley!

-A solid 8 power. 8 power is becoming increasingly common, but an 8 is an 8. Only the new Ld has higher power but its in the same clan so (shrugs).
-A great 6 damage. Not many 8 powered cards can deal 6 damage these days, but Octana is that card.
-Defeat: Recover 1 in 2 Pills ability. This is really good on damaging cards and gives Octana a strong forking role.
-The bonus. Good synergy with ability.Even though 1 in 2 may be a bit weaker then average, this pilling ability compensates. The free pillz also applies to victory so the forking role is exacerbated and the enemy is left at a blank as to what to do.
-A bluff. A pretty obvious bluff, which is great as no one wants 6 damage but no one wants to waste 6-8 pills either.

-A fat 5*. Doesn't really matter much, but if Octana isn't aiming to win then her 5* may be a bit more flawed.
-No attack manipulation to help. It would be kind of unfair if Octana did but still, her bluffing ability is ruined by 1 pill attack manipulators.
-Bonus doesn't compensate for high pills. If you are looking to pill heavy Octana doesn't really recover enough that you can fury the rest of the cards.
-Stop Opp Ability. Doesn't affect this card too much, but be wary that Octana can be easily negated by Stoppers, especially cards like Lou or Fuzz who cancel her bluff and destroy her at a 1 pill match.

Overall, I think that Octana has good potential with pillz manipulators. Even if you pill heavily on Octana, by winning with some pill cards her team can easily dominate after the first round. She can be very easy to counter and her bluffing isn't really stable, so overall, I would give

Octana - 8/6 defeat 1:2 pillz back and + another 1

- 8 power is solid
- 6 damage is also solid
- very serious safety net which synergies with her clan

- No help
- Winning doesn't ignite her ability

8/10. Octana is a decent card. If you want your 5* to lose, you should use Alexandrea. If you want your 5* with solid pillz manip, you should use Archimedes. If you want a 5* that can play mind games, you should use Pericles. If you want a well rounded 5*, you should use dr Copernica. If you want a 5* that can neutralize big/strong cards, like olfgn, diana, Michael, raven, fei or Ongh, use Norma. If you want a card that has potential for all of these things, use Octana.

For anyone interested in playing Octana in any T1/ELO Riots deck, might I recommend Melody instead? Same ability, but given to your whole team instead.
Only use this if you can't afford a better Riots 5*/Leader
