What better sound could there be than the crash of stones raining down on the ground after a well-measured dynamite explosion. This vocation came to Boomstock when he was just six years old. Separated from his discovery class and lost in the depths of the Riotspolis caves, he very nearly got crushed by a rock that had dislodged itself from the cave’s ceiling. It was on seeing the stone smash into smithereens on landing that the revelation came to him. And now as master miner of the city of Riotspolis, he oversees the quarrying and extraction of all the different ores that can be found in the surrounding area. With team mate, Octana, they are the fire and the powder that bring the caves to life, and all with just one goal in mind: to blow the whole thing up!

It was during recent work on the new Clint City subway line that the underground shelter, housing Riotspolis, was drilled apart. This Utopian city, dreamt up by wise men at the turn of the century, could now wave goodbye to its tranquility and isolation. Unsurprisingly upset by this turn of events, the Riotsville Council, led by the Patriarch Pericles, decided that the time had come for them to at last emerge from their isolation and impose their “wise rulings” on this barbaric bunch of hoodlums inhabiting the surface.

This card is a real beast.

SoA isn't even a flaw, a 6/3 2* is still good.

Especially coupled with the bonus, even without inflicting the 5 damage you still have some use out of this card.

An 8/5 2*, +1 Pillz with a safety net? Truly overpowered.

Boomstock is a parody of Alfred Nobel.

Nobel learnt from a young age how to make explosives. Nobel invented 'Gelignite' to be used in mining.

Nobel is born in Stockholm. So, Boomstock's name is a word play of combining 'Boom' the sound of explosion and 'Stock' as in Stockholm.

@-Wzy Dr Eggman? He reminds me more of Sniper from DOTA 2.

Another riots review

-raw stats of 6/3, fairly balanced for a 2*
- Ability- Brings him up to 8/5 with courage. KO possibility with Dr. Corn.....and in ELO that is a good chunk of life for a 2*.
-Bonus, getting a pill back, contributes to a ko, allows you to deadpill, as your opponent sees his limited ability usage as a must use right now......and they often use 3-5 pillz. So you can widen the pill gap or cut your opponents life early. Either way, no matter how you use him, as long as its early, u have a pretty good pill advantage with your big hitters.
-2*...Takes up little room in ELO

- Raw stats are 6/3.....not gonna hurt too bad without courage, and not your guy in a must win..without courage...but again not really his function, other cards in the clan, and in other compatible clans, that can be used pill for pill in late rounds.
- Courage.
-Not protected by manipulation.
-SOA and SOB are never fun.
The possible 8/5 stats for a 2* alone can make this card an ELO staple. 4 or 5* stats, for the price of a 2*. Leaving enough room for some more high stats. People tend to pill against him, making him a pill gap sacrifice. Can be in a position to go pill for pill. As of right now, all the riots 2* are being played in ELO, eventually i think he will be the one people go with. He has an invisible pill gap, with balanced stats, and possible OP stats for a 2*

Overall...fun card to play with, should enjoy ELO reign, flushes out nasty cards you don't want to face in late rounds, crazy possible stats, multiple functions.

Kelo's REVIEWS ~~

Pros :
♥ 8/5 ( courage ) for a 2 star is a BEAST !!!
♥ Officially now the best 2 star card for now
♥ it doesn't take space in elo or t1 ...

Cons :
♡ SOA damage this card a lot
♡ this card only depend on the ability to be strong
♡ a bit overpriced. .smiley

Overall :
★ 8/10, if this card is not played in courage, ,,
This card can even lost to the 100 clintz mario ...
★ Anyway, I love this card becoz it's only 2 star for 8/5,,,

COOL !!!

A beast!smiley Though his ability gives him the chance to be 8 powered with 5 damage for two rounds out of 4 that is quite huge considering he is only a 2* card

If your opponent has a DR, then play him first with 2 pills. Works every time.

Boomstock review:

2-star card, so takes less space in decks.
3 damage is decent for a 2-star card.
6 power is also decent for a 2-star card.
Artwork is awesome.
Ability of Courage: Power and Damage +2, which takes him into an 8/5.

SoA weakens him a lot. Even though 6/3 is good for a 2-star card, it's average. Nothing extraordinary. Needs his ability to make an impact in the game.
The play style of this card is predictable, since to get the maximum benefit from this card, most players would play this card first in the round.
Has competition such as Grouchy and Argos. Argos is better than this card thanks to his ability.

Overall- 7/10. All in all, Boomstock is a nice little card that can be used without taking a very high risk and without taking a lot of space in decks.
