Kind Hector isn't the violent sort. He was put in prison for a simple scam. He used to pass off cleverly disguised alley cats as extremely rare blue cats from the Isles of Melkozu to wealthy suckers. Only the sucker in question was Nellie… He was then tracked down by bounty hunters and tried and sentenced to twenty years behind bars: a punishment in keeping with princess Nellie’s social standing. When he ended up in the Lost World, Hector survived by eating eggs he found in nests before realizing that this was a real treasure just waiting to be sold on. So he struck a deal with Jason who allowed him to come and go at his leisure delivering freshly hatched eggs to Clint City. He was then back in business selling “authentic baby dragons from the Ohéohé Islands”. Well yes, once a crook always a crook!

When a plane taking prisoners from Clint City to a new jail mysteriously disappeared, the Government was quick to hush it up. The truth is that following a strange breakdown, the plane disappeared into thin air in the Saudi desert to later crash in a lost world where Jurassic wildlife still prospered. Forced to come together under the leadership of Clint City’s two most notorious criminals, the surviving prisoners battled against the hostile environment and ended up climbing the food chain. Now united under the name of the Raptors, the prisoners are back in town with lots of new “friends”. They know full well that their plane was sabotaged and no law is going to stop them in their quest for vengeance!

On one hand, it's incredibly hypocritical for an anti-attack manipulation clan to get an attack manipulator. But then again, they are criminals, so who gives a flying dragon egg about it.

"Dogson, Dogson, we've got Dogson here!"

Correction from my previous comment (because I forgot Ryujin was 2*, and I should explain myself better regarding Lucky):

Ryujin would be your first 2* option (from stats and blocking potential). Lucky should be your second for mindgame potential (who wants to take 6 potential damage from a 2*? Killshot is only unreliable if the effect you gain is bad, and -4 Opp. Life certainly isn't, even with the minimum of 2, and especially for a 2*. Remember, Killshot isn't there for the simple -Life, it's there to scare your opponent into pilling, like "lesser" versions of Kolos, where you're scared that he might OHKO. He wasn't banned just for the easy OHKO, he was also banned for the sheer bluffing potential that he has), and Hector your third (for powerful manipulation). Honestly, Scarol is far more iffy than any of those. Lucky has 7 Power, Hector has 6 and a good maipulation (on mono) and Ryujin has 8 Power, making them all less shaky on SoA.

That said, this is still a good card, and should be considered. With only 16 cards to pick from right now, I'll still wait until more Raptors released for a full review of this card, most likely.
