ive been around urbanrivals and ive looked around te market long enough to safely say that this card has got to bethe most underrated card in the game.and im not one to go around pitching card prices to just any card either.Frankie Hi is just short of a zatman but looking at its price you'd think it was garbage. and besides when zatman getrs thrown under the bus every second week who are you going to rely on to take out a big chunk of your opponents attack?Frankie Hi. who can be a nasty little surprise when your opponent tosses a few pills on him?Frankie Hi.this is a good card and for whatever reason it's price s still 500 is ridiculous.its the least you can do when your buying thousands of sleams and slamming its price up to nearly 3k but you seem to leave an underrated card at 500.give me a break.
8/10 just because you cant go wrong without zatman the stronger version of Frankie Hi.

Frankie Hi can be an underrated card. His ability will force your opponent to burn pillz if they don't want to get an automatic 4 damage. He also has surprising pop that can completely fool your opponent. When completely unblocked, he can quickly become a 36 attack with just 3 pillz. Adding a couple more and you may just find your self taking down a powerful 4 or 5 star card that is underpilled, thus disrupting the opponents strategy by taking down their go-to card.

A solid ELO play from beginner to advanced. Although, it will depend on your style of play and how many other 3 star Uppers you use. To me, Ruby, Burt (damage reduction), and many cases Oxyen can be a better play. But Frank is a good secondary and a great beginner card to learn the ways of ELO.

If you are strapped for cash, Frank and Burt are your 3 star must haves for your Uppers ELO deck.

LVL 1; Hello, fans, just before I start singing I want you all to know that I love you all!
LVL 2; *after the judges comments* Okay, thank you, may I just say I think it's an honour to be contradicted by you of all people, Mr. Revelhorward.
LVL 3; *when he turns his back to the audience* The stuck up S**s, how dare he say that to me. Stupid fans, holding me back.

This card is Standard legal because it's in the starter packs (along with Samantha, Janine, Wheeler, etc). Please, do some research before complaining by no reason whatsoever. smiley

This card, I hate to say it, is not very useful in ELO any longer with the release of Jose Star. 1 less star, one less damage, but one more reduction? I'd take Jose Star over this card any day. That's not to say you can't use both of them!

Looks like the split image of annoying orange

I really am fond of this card, no pills puts a 13 attack gap. For the price just a beautiful card, staple for any new player that wants an Uppers deck. Probably the first Uppers I bought because it was cheap and never knew just how much I would love it xD

This is my first review, so I hope it helps you out! smiley

Frankie Hi
6/4 at level3
Bonus: -10 opp attack, min 3
Ability: -3 opp attack, min 3

Advantages
- 6 power is more than decent for a 3 star card, let alone one in the Uppers clan which has an attack reduction bonus.
- 4 damage is great for a 3 star card (6 damage with fury) which is much needed especially in the Uppers environment, allowing for 2 hit KO's with Glenn, Nellie (for beginners), Dorian and Jackie (later on.)
- In my opinion, he's probably the most stable 3 star as oppose to Harold (who's ability is situational and therefore predictable. Where as Frankie Hi is adaptable to many situations!
- As mentioned before, he plays the role of a wall; much like the infamous Zatman, who he takes after.
- Very very inexpensive! At the time of writing this, he is only 345 Clintz... OMG!!! A must have for beginners deciding to pursue Uppers as their main Clan! Even if you have Zatman or get him later on... Frankie Hi is still very useful!

Disadvantages
- To be honest, I don't think Frankie Hi has an "Achilles' heel" that can be used against him.
- Against SOA, he still has the clan bonus (-10 opp attack, min 3) along with a stable 6 power!
- against SOB, his ability (-3 opp attack, min 3) can bail him out of tight situations
-against walls, a solid 6/4 is nothing to complain about for a 3 star card! and plus what are the chances of facing SOA and SOB together... often?

Overall, I got Frankie Hi in my starter deck when I started playing this 2 years back and ever since he has been the most reliable card I have used! The good thing about the Uppers clan is there bonus. For 10 pills Frankie Hi has virtually 7 power and for 5 pills he has virtually 8 power! (Plus... how often do people use more than 6 pills in a single round?... extremely rarely... unless it's the finishing blow, then it's blatantly obvious!) Also if your using Uppers, consider using Hugo as he gives good old Frankie here a sweet 16 attack head start!
