Someone explain to me why he is 450 clintz?

Your wish is my command smiley

Caciope is such a low price for one primary reason: His use as a 1* filler. As higher and higher levels require his level 1 form for competition in T1 and DM, along with previously in ELO. As he levels up, he is usable at level 2, but at level three t player using his unleveled form has no more use for him. To recoup losses, the players (who often hold large stockpiles of the card) sell him, along with multitudes of other players. From there the UR market takes effect: Bidding wars follow. As players consistently undercut one another, Caciope suffers a price drop. His price fell with the DM creation as now the mass sales are not happening every hour, but very often as each deathmatch finishes. Still though, for those looking to profit from Caciope, one should buy right after a DT finishes and sell right before one starts.

Hope I helped smiley

Caciope is a very good wall card for beginners level 15 and under with his 7 power and clan bonus, he is not easy to take down. Remember he's a WALL not a damage card. Use him wisely.

Price wise, be sure to replace him with TrinmkkT when you can.
