I just thought you guys might wanted something to compare her with at the different lvls.
I'd like to thank Assecro for identifying her.

Lvl 1 = Chun-Li (Street Fighter) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chun-Li
Lvl 2 = Mai Shiranui (King of Fighters) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mai_Shiranui
Lvl 3 = Cammy White (Street Fighter) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cammy_%28Street_Fighter%29
Lvl 4 = Isabella "Ivy" Valentine (Soul Calibur) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivy_(Soul_Calibur)

I'm a little sceptical about the lvl 4 art, but I've look all Street Fighter, King of Fighters and Soul Calibur through, and I coulnt find a better match than Ivy. smiley

Kati is a very decent card......
A card with Power:7 and Damage:4..with bonussmileyamage +2 at Level 4 with the Ability SOAsmiley
I don't know how can you hate this card.
Very much similar to Bryan of La Junta and Methane of Ghiest but lacks only 1 Damage and the price ranges to about 600smiley
I believe the only SOA card for the Fang Pi Clang.
If you love Bryan and Methane then you will definetly love her,
Great for elo ..........Great for stopping those annoying abilities of Nightmare and Piranas..........and she is also great for bluffing.
The only problem with her will be attack manupilating clans and Stop abilities.
But every card has its own weaknesses....
I'll totally give her 8.5/10smiley

Kati - Fang Pi Clang
Ability - SOA (Stop Opponent's Ability)
Bonus - + 2 Damage

Pros
-Virtually 7/6, 7/8 with fury and 7/9 with Timber
-Can 2HKO with pretty much all the Fang Pi Clang characters
-7 Power is nice
-SOA stops those annoying abilities (-x damage, attack manipulators, SOB, etc.)
-Her art: PARODIES OF VIDEO GAMES. (Obviously, as it states in her info box.)

Cons:
-SOB/Full-stop push her down to 7/4, but still workable.
-4*s, a bit hard to fit in a T1/elo deck, but worth it (Remember, Bryan and Methane are 5* and have almost the same stats)

Her art:
Level 1: Chun-Li from "Street Fighter"
Level 2: Mai Shiranui from "King of Fighters"
Level 3: Cammy White from "Street Fighter"
Level 4: Ivy from "Soul Calibur" (she just needs a freaking whip-sword!!)

Overall: 9/10. I might be being generous, but a possible 7/6 with SOA can throw those nasty abilities out the window. Used nicely as a bluffer and a good card to start with.
