As the crème-de-la-crème of the jet-set, the Uppers rule the night. They’ve got it all, and money, champagne and titles are certainly not in short supply. They generally dislike everyone but they particularly despise “the poor who just aren’t the teeniest bit funky”. The Uppers hope that the government will finally take steps to banish ugly people once and for all.

Wow. Here's a shamefully awkward realization:

Level 1: Spoiled little girl. Age 7.
Level 2: Preppy little pre-teen. Age 11.
Level 3: Self-absorbed little teenager. Age 15.
Level 4: Super hottie-hot-hot McHottie Hot-tress. Age 19.

I mean... I feel like I watched her grow up. Creepy! smiley

Nellie: 5/6; -3 opp power, min 4 At level 4

-A decent enough 4* card for Uppers
-Her ability combined with her bonus makes her pretty hard to beat
-Also, she has enough damage to cut your opponents life in half
-Downside: SoA easily destroys this card, turning her into a low powered card (especially for a 4*)(remember that GHEIST and Roots are very popular clans in ELO)
-Anyway, a nice little card smiley

Nellie, the 4-stars version of Mona.

Yes, the ability of Nellie is quite similar to Mona's, - Power & - Attack. But Mona is better to put in ELO mode, meanwhile, Nellie is both good in ELO and other game mode, because of her 6 damage, which is good as a 4-stars.

Guys will know how good is Nellie when you face to her. Cards with 7 power only will totally dead to her. For example, Nellie put 4 pillz and opponent's card with 7 power need to put 8 pillz to win. There are few cards can force your opponent to pillz that hard.

To see another example of card with 7 power. Cards with 10 power put 4 pillz, and opponent's card with 7 power only need to put 6 pillz to win. You can see the difference.

Nellie works well in many situations:
Vs All Stars - Nellie's power will be down to 3, but most of the All Stars with 7 power will also be down to 4. With Uppers bonus, Nellie can fight in low-pillz fight, even up to 8 pillz.

Vs Bangers / Ulu Wata - Quite similar to face to All Stars, Nellie can beat most of them with 9 power. Even characters with 10 power, she can also fight pillz to pillz within 5 pillz. Really not bad.

Vs Montana / Rescue - Two clans are arguably with better bonus. But because of their powerful bonus, most of their cards only with 7 power. Nellie is good to put 6 pillz when face to them. If opponent is playing 5-stars / 4-stars, they have to put 8 pillz to win. And the benefit of Uppers vs Montana is that Montana is forced to pillz because of their higher minimum of attack reduction.

Vs Nightmare / Piranas - Same situation as the above, most of their cards only with 7 power, Nellie easily bring down their power.

SOA really kill this card. But, she also force your opponent to pillz, thanks to Uppers bonus. She is still playable in that bad situation.

Guys ask which one is better: Nellie or Herman. I would say Nellie. 4-stars always not difficult to be fit in ELO, and still strong in extended mode when facing many 5-stars. And you will see the difference between them when you face to cards with 8 power, because of the benefit of lower star level.

Most of the Uppers are really in terrible looking, included her. But I think her artwork is great, not beautiful, is great, great to show the clan's image.

Powerful ability, rare card, great artwork, cheap price. Nellie is a card you must own.

Nellie: The second best 4* for offense in Uppers.

Description: Nellie, to me, is like facing Jackie Cr, but worse if you have no help in combat. Nellie is a great card, and can be a great replacement for Jackie Cr if you don't own her.

-3 opp. power, min. 4: This is great. Really great. Think about -10 opp. attack, min. 3 with this. Just amazing.... and also why Mona is how much she is right now. smiley

-10 opp. attack, min. 3: Works Tremendously with the ability. Your opponent could have 4 power and would have to pill 3 more pillz just to beat Nellie!

6 Damage: The famous 6 damage. Uppers is very well known for 6 and above damage.

SOA: SOA really kills this card, making her jus a 5 powered card with -10 opp. attack, min. 3.

All Stops: All stops murder Nellie. Such as Leviatonn, Glorg, and Shakra.

5 power: Not a massive problem if there is no SOA, but this is why SOA is a con.

Overall: 9/10

Why 9/10? She's 9/10 for good reasons. She is a T1 threat and forces you to think on what to do. You will have a hard time facing her. She's 9/10 also because SOA and All Stops Murder Nellie. If that were not the case, she could have been 9.5/10
Great card, and a great offensive card for the Uppers!

Nellie should have been Miss Clint City!!!smileysmiley
But there is a catch to be Miss Clint City, women are only allowed to take part in the pageant after their release.
Unfortunately the 2009 pageant was cancelled thus ruining Nellie's run for Miss Clint City and dashing the hopes of all Nellie fans!smileysmiley

5 Power
6 Damage
Ability: -3 Opp Power, Min 4
Bonus: -10 Opp Attack, Min 3

Nellie truly is an amazing card, she uses the bonus in conjunction with her ability and makes it hard for your opponent. I won't compare her to any other Uppers 4*s because well there are just too many good ones. Chances are if you run the deck I do you'll find plenty of room for those 4*s anyways smiley

With her 5 power she doesn't really invoke a lot of fear, but I think it really works psychologically. If your opponent for some reason forgets about her ability they'll brush her off quite quickly thinking that 5 power is pretty weak. I mean 5 is really low but it gets the job done. and 6 damage is nothing to sneeze about, not when you have so many other cards that can 2HKO with her (I'm looking at you Jackie Cr).

Her ability is what really gets the motor running, she can take an 8 powered card and bring it to her level, any other card she brings down 4 power. Ok ok, it is a little high of a min. when you take into account cards like Caelus or Trish, but those cards don't have the bonus Nellie does to cope with a high min. your opponent plays an 8 powered card, Nellie brings it down to her level and takes virtually takes away 2 pills with her bonus, if you opponent plays a 7 powered card Nellie takes it down to 4 power and takes a virtual 3 pills away! That is amazing, if your opponent isn't playing a card with attack or power manipulation they're in for some trouble. She destroys cards without power or attack manipulation. She is very weak to SOA, but honestly what card isn't? Ok you have some cards without abilities, but how many players do you see playing those cards? All stops also hand her a beating, but again how many all stops do you normally see? If you see any its usually one anyways, so you have plenty of chances at avoiding that all stop during a game.

With so many amazing 4*s its hard to say shes a staple for everyone, but I know she is for me, she has saved me countless times and she makes for a great 2HKO. She is one of my favorite cards, and a must have if you're playing Uppers.

9/10 because of her weakness to SOA/att & power manip.

I don't want her to be Miss Clint City. Ever.

If people are going to judge just based on looks, then go ahead, but read the bio first.

Wait, I know the perfect candidate.. great looks, personality and best of all an amazing body...

Herman for Miss Clint City smiley

Nellie has been out for almost 7 years... she really HAS had time to grow up, I suppose :v
