r Miss Lulabee

Released on Friday 31/08/07

Encouraged by her clan, Lulabee decided to enter the Miss Clint City 2008 Contest, not so much to win as to spread her message to as many people as possible. But after the bikini round, an impressive juggling number and an impassioned speech on the environment, the judges were unanimous in declaring her the winner.

Amazing card. With a decent power of 7 to begin with and 9 with her bonus, her ability widens the gap in a way that's often disheartening to the opponent.
Plus, a card with 11 power (Say, Shayna) against an opp of 7 power is actually not as good as a card with 9 power vs. an opp's 5 power--seriously, bigger difference in the long run. Thanks to Miss Lulabee's diabolical combo of huge power and power reduction, few cards can actually stand up to it except low-power cards with power reduction of their own.
In addition, 5 damage is pretty darn nice, allowing a 2HKO with many of the better Ulu Watu cards.
CHEAP! If you've got 1K lying around and want an Ulu Watu card, buy it!
Disadvantages? Even all-stops don't exactly render her useless, and unless they do stop everything there's gonna be some power modification going on. Besides, she could take Leviatonn or Glorg out in a straight-up fight. Her biggest weakness, as mentioned before, are low-power cards that reduce large amounts of power.
Type ELO Rating: 7.5/10 (If you're rich, get a Hikiyousan or even a Tanaereva)
Type 2 Rating: 9.5/10 (She's way underrated)

Miss Lulabee is one of the many rock solid 5 stars Ulu Watu has to offer. When unopposed, she is the strongest card in all of Ulu Watu! Her single flaw comes from her damage of 5. If you have enough high damage cards in your deck, be it from ELO, T2 or Survivor, Miss Lulabee is a great card to have. She is an extremely versitle wall and won't be completely shaken by any single clan.

If you are limited to clintz and cannot afford a big 9k card like Hikiyousan or her even original Lulabee, she is a great secondary to own. If you need damage in your deck however, I would look to Stanley for that. In the end though, she is very affordable for what she can do and is worth the investment.

Miss Lulabee, Winner of Miss Clint City 2008
Level 1 : N/A (since her 1st level is 2)
Level 2 : 4/3
Level 3 : 5/3
Level 4 : 6/5
Level 5 : 7/5 Ability : -2 opponent power, minimum of 5.

She may be quite good in actual combat, bringing anything from 7 power and below into a 5, then outpowering it with a whopping 9 power, including her bonus... Maybe the reason that many are despising her is that at first glance, she is not really up to standards with the main card Lulabee, as many think SOB is better than a 2 power reduction. Also, 5 damage is not able to pull off with another 5 damage card without a fury, giving u only 9 pillz to use freely in the game.

Obviously not respected, since she belongs in a clan filled with high powers and low damage, and 5 damage for a 5 star is quite disappointing. However, she is more of a back-up card, and can change the tide of the last round with her outstanding power-manipulating abilities. If her ability activates at the 4th level like the main card Lulabee, maybe she would have been better... not my cup of tea for Elo, but definitely on my list for Type 2.

Her stats are much closer to Lulabee than people give her credit for. Against Ulus, All Stars and Bangers, -2 min. 5 does the exact same thing as Lulabee's Stop: Bonus. Unfortunately, SoB is slightly more useful against Attack Manip clans which is why Lulabee outclasses this card (along with the extra point of damage, which is huge).

Miss Lulabee
Ulu Watu

- 7 Power, 9 ( with bonus ) Great! For A 5*
- 5 Base Damage? Not Bad For A 5* ( 7 with fury ) ( 8 with fury and Timber )
- Her Ability Is Like Fabio's of the Montana except her abilty is min 5
- Her Ability Is Really Helpful Especially With Those HIgh Powered Bangers
- SoA ? who cares Miss Lulabee here Has Like 7 base power and 9 with bonus
- SoB? I Still Have 7 Power and My Ability
- All Stops? She Still Has 7 base power
- SEXY:madeup:
- Usable even at 4*

- 5* is 5* hard to budget and guess what She Mostly Loses Her Fight Bec. She Is a 5* ( If Same Attack )
- Damage Reducers Like Jeena Makes This 5* Useless :sneer:
- Only Usable At 4* and 5*

Overall : 9 / 10 ( going back towards 8.5)

This Card Goes Great With Your Ulu Watu Deck But Most Rich People Use Hikiyousan or Even TanMan But I Choose This Little Gal Over Lulabee and Stanly And Now The Problem is that Who Is Better Serena Or Miss Lulabee..... I Think Serena Pulls It Off Better!

Miss Lulabee vs Eyrton: 7 vs 6
Lulabee vs Eyrton: 9 vs 8

there sure is a difference between this: the lower the power, the less pillz before you have to use 1 pill less to beat your opponent. With Miss Lulabee it is after 5 pillz, with Lulabee after 7 pillz.

She has potential to be really powerful, just imagine her with Ambre in T2 - it can make 12 pow vs 5 or 6 O.o Sure, 5 damage leaves a lot to be desired, but it's good enough for those 2 HKOS. Not suited for Elo or T1, because there you usually want your 5* to be either a huge bluff, either a nuke, but really fits well in T2 Ulu deck.
