Officially his job is to sweep the corridors of the GHEIST HQ and keep the rest room stocked up with toilet paper (and also to clean up after Leviatonn’s meals, which is no bundle of laughs), but the truth is that Strynge works as a spy for Sigmund and is responsible for keeping a beady eye on everyone.

Strynge -"The UR janitor"

The first thing I'd like to say is "No". He's not a terrible card, he's not necessarily a good card, but he's not a bad card.

He may have low power, but his ability brings down the opponent's power down to his level. If he goes against a card with 7 power, that card's power will drop down to 3 with him. So cards like Jane Ramba, Spiagi and Peg can't escape. With those card's damage reduce gone and their high power eliminated, Strynge can deal in his good 5 damage. Don't make a mistake or underrate it, 5 damage is good. And can really make a nice gap in the HP count.

I probably wouldn't use him over Leviatonn, Bristone or Darth, but in no way is he a "terrible" card.

If you want to say stealth card then you would have to say "STRYNGE". Sigmund picked a beast and one of his best to do the job at hand.
His stats tell me most think he will lose but he always comes up winning!!!???

It is kind of ironic how he is supposed to keep an eye on the people who make him uselesssmiley...

K now i'm done ranting, lets get on to the actual reveiw xD
3/5 -4 opp power min 3 stop op ability
This card is by ABSOLUTELY NO MEANS a bad card, he's actually pretty great, in fact. First of all, with his low 3 power, he is immune to a lot of power reducers. However, stop op ability completely screws him over xD. If you do manage to get him through though, it's usually with bluffing. Your oppenent is not likely to pill a lot on a 3 power, i mean who would XD. Ah, but that is the catch. Lets take a look at his maximum attack :
Strynge + 13 pillz : 39 attack
Then, lets compare it to.. say..., Bristone.
Bristone + 13 pillz = 78 attack.
Strynge is definitly not a wall, but then we look at strynge vs bristone.
Strynge : 39 attack, 2 damage
Bristone : 39 attack, 4 damage
There you have it folks, when facing each other ( By the way i am ignoring soa xD), strynge is just 2 damage away from becoming one of gheist's best 3 stars. He's not very likely to be used in any elo matches, god forbid collesium, but he's pretty good for beginners , and he creates a pretty solid wall when you think about it smiley Cheers, Strynge, you just earned a 7/10

3/5 -4 power min 3

A pretty terrible card due to his letting through of bonuses, against power 7 or lower Junkz / Sentinel / Sakrohm he has to spend an additional 3 pills to win and against the other +attack clans this is increased to +4 or even +5 against the powerful ones.

All stars reduce him to 1 power leaving him at 1/3 of their power and useless, ghiest and roots completely destroy him.

So if he gets lucky and doesn't have to face any of those 9 clans then he may stand a chance, but even then his stats are directly worse than an already rarely used card > Deadeye.

Leviatonn is still the gheist 3* with bristone as 2nd best, luba and darth both manage to completely outdo this card as well.

Level 1: 3/1
Level 2: 3/3
Level 3: 3/5 gains ability -4 opp. power min. 3

Not really worth using in your deck unless you are a beginner.
GHEIST allready have better 3* cards like Leviatonn, Bristone, Darth and Luba and i don't think this card will replace any of them.
Against All Stars he is a lousy 1/5 with - 4 opp. power min.3smiley

My rating: 4.5/10

Strynge is not necessarily the terrible card that everyone says that he is. Personally, I would not recommend using him in experienced level play, but I believe that he is great for beginners, as an introduction to the great world of power reducing cards. His ability takes down cards with powers 3-7 down to his power, making the battle a pill fight.

Pros: Really, his one redeeming quality is his hefty 5 damage for a 3 star.

Cons: High min.
SoA kills.

Overall: 4/10. I know that I said that he's not terrible, but he's also not good, not by a long shot.

if u use him with hugo u can get a 2 pill advantage against ur opponent but soa kills him however with the gheist bonus u only need to be vary of other gheist , nitemare or piranas with soa but is actually a decent card if u know how to use him

-Nice 5 damage.
-good ability: if rival has 7 or less power, it goes down to 3 and equals Strynge.
-If enemy bluffs, can use Strynge with 1 pill and take the opponent.

-If a card has 3 power after the decrease, the amount of pills needed using isn't to be expected.
-SOA kills him immidiately, therefore cannot be used as a bluff if enemy has an SOA card, and, obviously, just loses.
-If enemy has an SOA ability, it's cancelled due to the Gheist bunus.

Overall: 6.5/10
I'd rather use Bristone, or even Meyen, especially Dolly If looking for a 3 star card.
This card isn't going to help you in the future, it's only good for newcomers.
Strynge is only to be used on start. Later on, he isn't a useful card

just needs one more (or more) power and boom he would be a great card

Strynge has pulled me out of some tight situations especially since most of my deck is 6+ many people expect me just to waste strynge like I'm unable to buy a better card "which I am unable to do" but if you know how to get Strynge and Sargh to work together right you can really hit your opponent hard at least in a Gheist/Nightmare Deck use the nightmarres to soak up the worst abilities and then fury strynge few people have expected it and usually only costs me 5 pillz

Clint City, night.
