Askai - 7/7 with -12 attack. min 8 (ability) and +2 life (bonus)

- A solid 7 power. What really helps this Solidly high power is the Montana-bonus ability that she has, making your opponent pill more to beat her.
- Even scarier, she has a Hefty 7 damage (9 with fury) that can widen the gap even more with +2 life. After a 11 life gap, it is hard to climb out~
- With both attributes taken into acocunt, Askai is a scary bluff.
- In additon, SoB doesn't faze her, and SoA still keeps her at a solid 7/7. Although she loses the amazing Montana-bonus.
- Preeeety sure she's a bunnygirl (hehe, Bunny). Although I'd hate to get genders wrong again after the Slyth incident

- A Hefty 5*s makes her hard to budget in.

Overall: 8.5/10. Askai is a very good card. While I still prefer Ongh's more solid power and power reduction, Askai's attack reduction is nothing to sneeze about. In addition, her common status may lead her to be vastly cheaper than her guild Leader.
Definatly no need to use Kreen and Bragh now, go go Askai !~

Power 7
Damage 7
Ability -12 attack min 8
Bonus +2 Life

You knew they were going to come out with another 5 star general for the Jungo because they only have one good one in Ongh (U). Bragh (U) is a major bust because of his low power. The ability erases any other bonus and tortures clans that do not have attack +/- bonuses. He creates a life gap of 9. And if SOA is in play he is still a solid 7 & 7. And SOB barely stops him.

10/10 Rate me green please (reposted because i forgot the min 8 the first time)

Sylth'ss Sneaky Memento #2

Askai, the samurai - rabbit!

Even before the radiation, he seemed enthused in humans. Being hand-fed by them, being petted by them, and sso on.. In fact, he probably iss the one who was the most exposed to the media of humanss.. The zoo keeper would often take Askai to hiss ssmall sshack *Gah, my tongue!*.. and sstared into a small box with moving pictures in it together. "Koong Foo" did they call it? At that moment, I honestly wasn't interested in the box, but Askai himself.. So young.. So small.. So decliou- *Ahem*

However, ever since his radiation, he's somehow found himself a katana, and decided swing it around like the humanss! Just like the humanss he saw in the 'moving-pictures-box.' He claimss that it'ss called the 'tee-vee'..
But, it's none of my concern.. He's been swinging that katana for a while now, and he seemss pretty good with it.. Ssss!
*Checks off 'Rabbit' off his menu*

Just another Askai review
Askai, the Rabid Rabbit

*WARNING* - I consider Askai a male

Quick Rundown:
-Honestly, we all know his stats are legendary
-In most cases, win or lose, Askai has helped you
-Love the art

-ELO banned, but if he wasn't then Jungo would possibly be overpowered.

Honestly, I don't think I really need to do this but I am reviewing all of the Jungo clan so I thought I would go ahead since Askai was next on the list.

Askai, one of the first cards that I got in Urban Rivals. I remember thinking that this card was awesome before I really began to understand the game mechanics. The art is cool and intimidating, good power, great damage, and the all important Jungo life bonus. Tossing in an overpowered ability is really just icing on the cake.

Alas, Askai has been limited. His ELO banning (yes, I know some cry out in disbelief but he was a "hare" too powerful for ELO) has limited him to T2. Unfortunately, Jungo doesn't shine so bright in T2. Now this is definitely not to say that you can't pull off Jungo in T2 cause I have won many battles there with Askai being a large part of that, but I feel many other clans like Montana, Uppers, and Sakrohm handle T2 much better. But I have been testing some different decks to get a feel for what roll Askai fills best in T2 and I feel pretty good about my assessment here.

MONO Jungo T2: Like I said, Mono Jungo may not get you very far in T2. You begin running into some crazy hard decks with great cards and that bonus just doesn't heal enough. But a deck with Askai, Ongh, Troompah, Zornado, Buba, Niva, Sylth, and Moegura makes a fearsome foe. Some other good cards you can switch out with are Adler, Nahema, and Eduardo. There are a few good playstyles that I have found here. There is the Sylth Strike! Basically, pill a ton in Sylth at the start and get that crazy poison of his working. Then, either use your dr or use cards like Askai and Troompah to eat up enemy pills and wait until last round or so to strike again with Buba or Ongh. It's also great to play Askai in earlier rounds If you just pill 2 or 3. Your opponent will usually have to pill 5 or more to beat him. Askai is also a great card to save for later rounds where the amount of pills both players have has been reduced. Askai is the best in lower pill battles so keep that in mind while you are using him. He can win those high pill battles quite well, but I feel Askai is best in this unique niche of an defending assassin. If you feel like you opponent is bluffing, throw out Askai with a few pills and voila! You have successfully life gapped 9 for only a few pills.

Half Deck T2: Imagine going up against a Montana/Jungo half deck with Askai and Zornado, Ongh, and Syth representing the Jungo side. Win the first round and now your opponent is drowning in a pit of life gap, attack reduction, and over pilling. This is a very disheartening place to be. Or what about Sakrohm/Jungo? More attack reduction and now some of the best dr's in the game. Just thinking about playing these half decks gives me chills.

In the end, Askai is an obvious choice for either Mono or half Jungo deck in T2. He is basically Ongh's right hand hare. Use Askai with 2-3 pills and then decimate with Ongh on the next turn. One thing I feel like I should add before going is that his minimum reduction on his att reduction is 8 like Montana, which is 1 point higher than his power of 7. So you will need to pill at least 2 to be effective with Askai. Thanks for your time.

it reminds me samurai rabbit from Usagi Yojimbo comics. Also the comic author was Stan SAKAI and it's too much similar to Askai to be just coincidence. Rate me so more people will know about that easter egg in UR
