Released on Friday 14/08/09

Descended from a long line of acupuncturists, Fei knows all there is to know about his art. He knows how to use his needles both to relieve suffering and to inflict dire pain on his enemies. He can also use his needles to improve fighting performance as well as in other areas in which endurance is a real bonus...

Elite Player / Titan

-Very, very, very, very popular because of his card reviews
-Famous Urban Rivals analyst

-Often confuses damage with power

Fei - 8/4 with -4 opp power, min 6 (ability) and +2 damage (bonus)

- A very solid 8 powered card joins the ranks of Hattori, Linda, and many others in Fang Pi.
- With the potential to do 6 (8 with fury) damage, Fei is able to 2HKO with almost everyone in his clan.
- His ability brings bigger enemies like Dorian and Copper down to his size
- SoA doesn't affect this beast much
- Pin Missile ^__^

- The min to his ability is way too high. While 6 in does give you a nice boost of 2, -4 opp power is only goingto bring like, Sandro and Nanook fully down. In addition, this makes him horrible against power reducers like Mona, Tula, and even Kang.
- When hit by SoB, 4 damage isn't that much, but is still viable. Not a huge flaw

Overall: 8.5/10 - I am really torn about this card. I love high powered Fang Pi. I love Fang Pi that can damage reduce. But I hate that min of 6! He probably is still better than Linda. however, and is a very playable card

awsome card. if unopposed this card make Ambre practicly useless for you opponent. 9.5/10 rate green if you agree

In case you guys were wondering about the name, I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but Fei means fat in Chinese. (I take Chinese in school) If you like this connection, please rate up!

+A very high power of 8. Solid, to say the least.
+In addition to this already high power is his massive power reduction ability. It virtually drops every card automatically down to 6 power. Very impressive!
+Not only that, but the Fang Pi Clang bonus makes him 6 damage. 6 damage is great for a 4*
+SoA leaves him at 8/6, last I checked that's amazing for a 4* against SoA
+Beats every all-stop in the game pill-to-pill. Shakra included!
+As many have mentioned, He can turn those Ambre-powered beasts into low powered cards and simply walk right over them.
+Let's recap... a potential 8/6 which sets the opponent's card to a lowly 6 power. And only 4 stars!! Perfect for elo/T1 in general
+I'd take him over Kati or Linda any day, for obvious reasons (better base stats, less shaky overall). Staple for sure.

-Obviously, while the -4 power is great, the rather high min of 6 can be depressing. Because of this, All Stars can quickly match up to his power. Robb Cr just hurts (in other words, power reducers with a lower min)
-SoB can get painful, leaving him beastly apart from his 4 damage. 4 damage is quite low for a 4*
-While he can be ahead of his opponent by 2 power, attack manipulation can hurt a lot. Don with Hugo would be a Nightmare for our friend here
...to be honest, I can't think of any other flaws. Great card!

Fei is a vastly underestimated card due to his unnecessary -4 power considering he has such a high min. However, having used him I can safely say he is a surefire staple and one of the best non-broken 4* in the game (yes, the game). Some may say I'm overrating him, perhaps I am, but I believe he is a powerhouse with such force opponents will usually surrender to him and throw a damage reducer (from personal experience, at least).

Slify did the Ongh review when the Jungo had no other 5 star's besides Kreen. Which we all know is a pretty bad card. At this time Ongh was a power house for his clan making him a great and needed card. This is why is review was so high if Askai was already out I doubt he would have gotten a perfect score.

I would also like to point out reviews are about what's in the clan at the time it was made. Fei is good yes but his clan already has Linda and Kati which are two good four star cards. The point is Ongh did get a 10/10 when he was first released and HIS CLAN had no other good 5*. Fei comes into a clan that already has a few good 4* so he doesn't seem that amazing.

" He can also use his needles to improve fighting performance as well as in other areas in which endurance is a real bonus..."

Wow. Real classy Urban Rivals. I really don't want to think about which areas Fei needs "increased endurance in."

I don't think Fei's name is supposed to be "fat". He's not particularly chubby, and there are many different characters, along with their meanings, of the same English spelling for "Fei", for example 飞 "to fly". The most likely would probably be 费 "expenses" or "cost", which is also a family name.
