The next clan they need to make needs to be based on the Clint City government.
You have heard about them in character's descriptions, and even in clan descriptions, but you never see any of them.
If you think it would be a good idea for a clan, rate up.

Sunder - 7/3 with -3 opp life, min 3 (ability) and Defeat: Recover 2 out of 3 pills (bonus)

- A very decent 7 power.
- 3 damage is useful, and is amplified by his -3 opp life ability. Cutting your opponent's life is always lovely (or by 8 if you wanna fury)
- Even against damage reducers, he potential does a difference of 4
- Because of defeat, Sunder is effectively the safest 6 damaging 7 powered card out there. Sunder is safely come in at 4 pills (35 attack). Solid 8 powered cards need to use 5 pills to beat Sunder. If your opponent does predict you using 4 pills on Sunder and wins, then you get 3 back and are effectively winning in the pill-lead. If your opponent doesn't pill, then you just dealt 6 damage on turn one with only 4 pills. Last I checked, that's a pretty good deal.
- Of course, if you bluff with Sunder, you get a pill for free too. So it's potential win-win

- SoA makes Sunder's victory less significant. Yookie makes his victory very poor.
- SoB causes you to play Sunder differently, since without defeat, losing pills is normally bad.
- Naturally, if you overpill, Defeat isn't going to help you. So don't be rash.
- His ability and bonus aren't later-game material.

Overall: 8.5/10 - I'm quite fond of Sunder. Probably more fond of him than most people are. Still, I think he has great potential. Solid 7 power, and can do 6 damage at a lower risk is great. SoA does kick him in the shins, but 3 damage is ok. Whether he is staple or not will depend on the future.

Just out of curiosity, I used Excel to convert "31153" to a date.

Traditionally, programs calculate from 1/1/1900 forward. So 31153 refers to 31152 days after that first day of Jan 1st, 1900. This works out to be April 16th, 1985.

I'd be very interested to know if the artist (Phalloide) just turned 25 this last April. ;-]

Lovhak's War Journal

Entry #12

October 20, 2010

Subject: Sunder

After postponing my journal for certain reasons, i continue, this entry on Sunder. Sunder is a vicious fighter, and the personal bodyguard of Dregn.
Dregn isn't exactly the brainiest warrior, yet his amazing brute strength....doesn't make up for it. Yes, Sunder's sole purpose is to protect Dregn, or at least it was until the meddlesome Heegrn had to drop on him that he was destined to be murdered in his time in the past. Now along with protecting Dregn from harm, Sunder goes out on solo missions during his "free time", attempting to assasinate clan leaders. Amazingly, he has failed, and not been decimated yet.
Even so, Sunder completes his assigned missons well. If paired with a more intellectual and tactical member, Sunder can act superbly.
The thing that agitates me the most about Sunder though, is that he assumes clan leaders are anyone in a clan who are important. As in, he thinks my ancestors Chloe and Havok are individual leaders, not just top officers. As in, he loathes me, and refuses to work alongside me or aid me in any manner. Sometimes I hope Havok splits him in half...
Sunder is a brute, physically and mentally, but does as asked of Dregn.
Lovhak, Demoted Sergeant of the Vortex Military.

I have a question. What is Sunder? Is he a human?
Or some sort of gorilla?
