This glass creature with his swords as sharp as razor blades played a significant role in Dregn's rise to power. And once the Empire was established, the sharp edge of his blades allowed him to quell nearly all trace of any remaining opposition.

In a distant future, a prophet revealed to the menacing Dregn that an alliance of the descendants of the Clint City Clans would bring about the downfall of his evil empire and an end to his reign of terror. To put a stop to this defeat, Dregn has sent his best fighters to eradicate the problem at its source, that is 1000 years earlier, at a time when the clans are at their most divided.

C Blade - 7/4 with Stop: +2 Power (ability) and Defeat: Recover 2 pillz out of 3 (bonus)

- Solid 7 power, which is pretty nice
- Decent damage of 4 (6 with fury) that can 2HKO with furious Heegrn or furious Sunder.
- He works with the Vortex nicely with his Stop ability. Normally in a clan with a weakness to SoA, C Blade can effectively beat an enemy with all GHEIST becoming a 9/4.
- Even without so, he has his defeat out there, which not only makes him a scary bluff for those clans, but also lets him attack a little more safely.

- Without his ability, and with a bonus that doesn't aid in winning, C Blade could have a tough time in the victory category.
- Damage reduction is a pain, especially cards like Spiaghi.

Overall: 7.5/10. A nice little 3*. C Blade exists to protect your other Vortex cards by steering away SoA on some turns, and this is very nice. However, C Blade is worse than his Vortex co-workers Daae and Sunder when no SoA is on the field. During SoA weeks/if you're being cautious, C Blade is the safest and is a good card regardless.

Subject: c blade

It's amazing how Dregn uses C Blade. An utterly incompetent glass creature, Dregn orders these to be made by the truck load. His plan was to dominate the clans of the Old Clint City by unleashing an army of C Wings and C Blades, but he ran into a bit of trouble. Turns out, you cannot have more than one form of something be sent into the past, as only one of those items/things can survive (hence why all of us have special weapons. Ammuntion, is all slightly varied, so each individual laser particale or shell can come through).
Unfortunately for Dregn, every C Wing and C Blade is exactly alike, down to the last atom. He found out what happens when 500+ were shipped the day after I arrived. serves him right.
But the C Blade is nothing more than the average grunt soldier. It charges in, does as much damage as possible, and is deystroyed. Dregn has a special portal set up so that every time a C Blade is deystroyed, another can come through. Of course, they aren't completely worthless, as they understand basic combat strategy. A poor Sentinel deputy forced into the warzone of Clint City made the mistake of coming too close to a C Blade. It's blade had a dark red tint to it for some time.
Any army needs expendable grunts. C Blade is just that. Nothing more, as it has no soul, no motive. What a shame.

I have been playing with Vortex for a while now and C Blade just doesn't fit the clan at all. A card that has the "Stop: Power +" bonus should be expected to win if the ability is activated! That is what the ability is all about. So if C Blade's bonus is activated, will be less often than you may think, he is pretty much 1 dimensional. Don't get me wrong, just because of the Vortex bonus you can't expect to keep loosing and win a match of course but, what makes C Blade pretty useless to me is the 4 damage. A 7 - 4 3* is not all that bad but, the ability doesn't fit the clan and here is why;

The highest pure damage card in Vortex right now is 8 (C Beast). Only 2 other cards have 7 damage (Shaakarti and Heegrn) and the rest are 5 or lower. Of course, don't forget about Dregn with the ability can take your opponent down 8 life. So, if C Blade gets his ability active and you pill to win for that 4 damage, there is only 2 cards in the clan you can have in your had at that time with a threat of a next turn KO. A 3* with 7 power is already pretty good so it is a waisted ability and especially on this clan. He would be much better suited if he had "Stop: Damage +2" to create more of a threat to your opponent if they had ability stopping cards. If your opponent can stop his ability the 4 damage is really not much of a threat looking at the damage of the rest of your cards. Also, C Beast (the only 8 power card in Vortex) is far from the best 5 star card in the clan with Shaakarti, Dregn, and even Olfgn as better options. And if you have Dregn or C Beast in your hand at the same time, your opponent is sure not going to waist any "Stop ability" on C Blade. If their clan bonus is "Stop Ability" it pretty much cripples C Beast and Dregn anyway.

7 power for a 3*

Waisted ability for only 4 damage on a 3*

Overall: 7/10 (Rating based manly on his power of 7)

Vortex's army of C Blades will decimate the GHEIST's army of Gheistling.

How the hell is this cheap piece of glass more expensive than sunder ATM
Sunder averaged 490's during the busier hours of the day and C blade is 1000-1200
I mean really sure C blade can have 9 power but only againist Gheist, roots and some other cards but only 4 damage,
Sunder on the other hand can make a decent bluff or do a potential 6 damage with a cushion of comfort with the defeat ability

Rate green if you agree smiley
