Cliff - 6/8 with Revenge: SoA (ability) and Support: +3 attack (bonus)

- An amazing 8 damage (10 with fury). He can 2HKO with Elvira, Slyde, or even a furious Lea
- With the possibility of SoA, Cliff can fight against strong threats like Copper, where his 5* friends would have more of a problem
- Of course, his Rescue bonus always helps in fighting, and quite a bit so

- He is a large 5*, of course. Takes up a lot of room
- His SoA is situational. Without revenge, obviously, Cliff has no ability to lean on
- Like all most Rescue. SoB hurts
- His power is a bit low. But this is Rescue we're taking about

- Overall: 8/10. Leaning toward 8.5...Anyways, Cliff has him flaws, of course. He is more situational and weaker then the other 5* at the pool party. However, Cliff provides optional no one else can. 8 is the magic number, as you may know. He can form 2HKO options that Aurora has no chance of making and Sledg would need double fury. In addition, debatingly, the most ability out of the 3. His SoA can even sap the abilities of a lot of solid, power cards. Especially particular Nightmare 6 power may seem a little low, but upon reflection, Rescue has a long line of 6 powered cards who are used a great deal (Kerry, Elvira, ect). While they have different functions compared to the 5* Cliff, I'm merely pointing out that 6 isn't horribly low or anything. I find Cliff is the best 3* right now, but he isn't the solidest in any right. If you want someone more stable, Sledg is your man

Imagine you're stuck on a cold mountain all alone. Then all of a sudden a man with blades coming at you appears.
Would you:

a) befriend this serial killer like person
b) get scared and and jump of the Cliff because you think you're going to get killed by this guy that's actually trying to save you.

I personally would like to ask why Cliff is banned and Fuzz is not. Lets look at their stats.

6/8 with Revenge: SOA
Bonus: support: Atk +3

6/8 with SOA
Bonus: Atk +8

Now to me it seems that these two are almost the exact same card, each having it's own slight advantage on the other. Cliff having that 4 extra Atk in a mono Rescue deck, and Fuzz having a non-revenge based ability along with being much easier to half deck and keep his +8Atk bonus.

I'm just looking for consistency, because to me, the difference of +4 atk isn't enough to out-weight consistent SOA and the ability to half deck and not half his bonus cut in half. I could be completely wrong, but I think either Cliff should no longer be banned, or Fuzz should be banned as well. Vote green if you agree, Vote red if you think i'm not making any sense here.

Why would elo do this to Rescue? I mean I know that elo has always been bs to Rescue. I mean look at the new stats for elo bans from all of the sets: All Stars: 4* Bangers: 1 Fang Pi Clang: 0 Freaks: 0 GHEIST: 3 Jungo: 3 Junkz: 2 La Junta: 1 Leader: 5 Montana: 2 Nightmare: 3 Piranas: 2 Pussy Cats: 2 Rescue: 7* Roots: 8* Sakrohm: 3 Sentinel: 1 Skeelz: 2 ULU Wstu: 3 Uppers: 3 Vortex: 0 but they are still new. O ya did I forget to point out that Rescue no longer has any leagle SOA or SOB for elo so WTH:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

This is one of the most underestimated characters... Just think about his damage: 8 dmg. That means he is the character with the highest damage from the Rescue clan ( Alec Cr is also 8 dmg but just when his ability is activated ).
Pros:- 8 dmg
- his ability is Revenge:SoA (great ability because it can be activated very easily, another great thing is that you can use him without his ability and your opponent would not have any clue what hit him) SoA activated after you loose a round means that your opponent's damage reducers are useless
- don't forget about the + 12 attack bonus
- the price (very cheap, he could very well worth 15-20K )
- he is not ELO banned!

Cons: - power( he is a 6 power but this is a clan dissadvantage, they have little power)
- he is a 5* (but he really disearves every single star)

Overall: I give him a 9/10 ...He is very usefull, I use him in every Rescue deck:T1,T2, ELO. If you can afford Alec Cr and use then together you will rock! I strongly recommend him!

In my experience, Cliff is the best Rescue 5* apart from Marco (who is unfortunately basically useless with the penalty in daily tourneys), this clan is in sore need of a bruiser on the deck and Cliff provides that, not to mention his conditional SoA has the best condition possible and 6 power is not bad at all when backed up by the bonus (and a lot of lower stars have solid power with low damage, like Krash and Dr Norton)

Cliff is a reference to the Sylvester Stallone movie Cliffhanger (1993).

Sylvester Stallone plays Gabriel "Gabe" Walker, a mountain climber and Rescue ranger.
