"Family, honor, money and shady plans". The specter of the Montana motto creeps over the city. Having always had a firm footing in the world of crime, the Montana Godfathers have developed a pronounced taste for power. So now, under the iron rule of the formidable Don, their depraved and violent henchmen are all set to spread fear and terror in both the streets and corridors of power.

Gianfranco - 7/4 with Protection: Bonus (ability) and -12 opp attack, min 8 (bonus)

- A decent solid power of 7. Works pretty well with a Montana.
- Gianfranco has a solid damage of 4 (6 with fury) that allows 2HKO with Don, Avola, or a furious Fabio.
- To aid in Gianfranco's combatness, he has the ever lovely Montana bonus. -12 attack is nothing to ignore.
- To contribute to the solidness theme, Gianfranco's protection ensures that he keeps his wonderful bonus.
- So SoB does nothing to Gianfranco. SoA doesn;t do much. And if hit by both, Giangranco is still a decent 7/4. Yeah, I'd say that's solid.

- Gianfranco has really no flaws. But at the same time, he has nothing that screams "Wow" about the man.

Overall: 8/10. Solid, Solid, Solid.Back in the day, Gianfranco wouldn't even get half a wink. But with the recent Mona ban in ELO, Gianfranco has gotten more use. While not as good as Mona, Gianfranco can really keep the clan together. SoA and So aren't a problem for him, and he can combat 8 powered cards, thanks to his Montana bonus. I said before that nothing "Wows" me about Gianfranco, as Sharon has a potential 1 damage over him, and Ottavia has DR. When there is no SoA and sob on the field, Gianfranco's aiblity has no use. Still, he is a solid card than both cards before, and more reliable, so I have to defend Gianfranco smiley

This card is very solid because hes a mad-dog powerhouse 3* smiley
smileyI FOR SURE expect him to go up in clintz with his prot. which is unstoppable at times. Imagine going up against Lulabee and you see that you have Gianfranco with Prot. bonus. Your going to be happy as hell.smiley

RATING=8.5/10 ----> 7 Power is extremely powerful
RATING=7/10 ----->3 Damage is pretty damn solid for a 3*
RATING=9/10 ------> Prot over bonus is almost as good as it gets. Specially for a 3*
OVERALL RATING= 8/10

This card may see some dark days but in the end he comes out pretty damn victoreous.
I expect this card to go up in price for his solid 3* elo capacity.
Lets raise him up to 2.5k pricing and make him more worth his price!

Gianfranco- Character Review

Bio - The Loan shark, i was wondering when he would show. He looks like a smooth customer, perfect.

Clan - All that green keeps making me think he's an Upper. Not the most convincing Montana character.

Development - More money = Fancier stuff, he is really taking a note from the Uppers. great development though.

Overall: 8/10. Its great art it just seems like he could have quite easily been an Upper, which i dont think is the best approach to making the characters stand together.

personally i think slify underated this card with one of the best bonuses in the game (depends on the player on wich is "best"smiley i hate it to all ends when i have to go against Piranas and my bonus/ability gets clipped and they are popular in elo along with Roots and GHEIST so if ur going for elo montannas i would take this card right before Sharon (maybe Ottavia depends on which cards are banned but then again nearly all are now :\) for his stability at a lack of one measly damage i could see that being a big problem if it was 5 and 6 like Striker and alexi (proabably spelled that wrong) but seriously this is a good card

The day has come...Montana Rule has begun.

Why is this card so great? I'll tell you why:
4 damage for a 3*. Not a fall-out-of seat amount, but with Don and a few others, thats a 2HKO.
Normal killers for Montana (SOB, SOA) got nothing. Even with walls, Shakra is the only one who can kill this card without a hard time.
7 Power is nice and high for Montana. And godly for a 3* Montana.
Pile that all in with the 2nd best bonus (Rescue first...), and you got a staple card for EVERY and ANY Montana deck.

10/10. I see absolutly no reason why this doesn't deserve full marks. 7/4 godly stats for a 3* Montana. Guarded from main killers, SOA and SOB. Beats Leviatonn pill-to-pill even then, and Glorg too. Just...wow. smileysmiley

As people have pointed out, this is a Wayne Stark in the Montana clan but a trade off of 1 less damage for 1 less star. A good card, and can battle those pesky Piranas who were strong against the Montana.
