c Snowflake

Released on Friday 29/07/11

Snowflake grew up all alone on an arid reservation. But when it was discovered that she could control the elements, she was hailed as a goddess, which soon started to get on her nerves. She’s now joining forces with the Skeelz to learn how to better manage her powers, as well as the responsibilities they entail.

Snowflake - 7/4 with Heal 2, Max 12 (ability) and Protection: Ability (bonus)

- 7 solid power isn't terrible in any sense.
- Her heal is a very nice ability. Gaining 2 per turn is quite a good chunk, and a max of 12 is quite high
- Of course, SoA in any form does nothing against her (unless All Stop) thanks to her Skeelz Bonus
- Oddly enough, her damage is also pretty solid. 4 with an ability like hers can create quite a life gap.

- Not really a flaw, and even then it's debatable, but her ability reaches maximum potential at early rounds of the game. Thus, her play might be more obvious if you want to get the most bang out of your Buck (debatable as said)
- She has no support in any way. No attack manipulation. No power manipulation. No SoA. No SoB. No DR. Nothing but an intimidating ability. Which is fine, that's all she needs in theory, but it is much harder to get her to win without support than one would think (least with my Eggman experiences). Her power is fine for her star count, but it is still hard to achieve when fighting clans like All Stars, Bangers, Junkz, and ect.
- There is a lot of competition in her clan. Praexie is stronger and can go through DR. Chiara is practically a must. Sandro is amazing in mono. Danae provides that attack manipulation you lack.

Overall: 8/10

"An incredible card if used properly. For 3*common, this card packs quite a punch." - Immortal One (Immortal One in case I screw up the tag)

Pretty much a perfect summary of this card. Against the right foes, and with the right play, Snowflake is simply amazing. She can hit decently hard and really ensure your opponent can't climb up the life ladder. But she is still one of the weakest 3* Skeelz has, in terms of winaroundability. She is an amazing card when used right and she is only a common, but I feel Skeelz is a bit more aggressive in play-style (opinion), so cards like Chiara and Praexie needs better, more practically. Course, Skeelz has a good number of DR, so the options of endless ^__^

Caelus's Student Review Log

Student Number 303

I just got the notice on no less than three new students attending Skeelz, and I apologize for being so late in sending my evaluations. I've been... busy. Alright, I admit it. I was vacationing in Poldachie-Golgavine. I missed home, alright? Needed some decent tea. No bagged crap like in Clint City. Honestly. Sorry... back to the students. One of the newer students requires my help, so my road trip around the world with my Buddy Robb is going to be cut short. Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Snow, as far as I can tell is a fairly skilled student, already having the ability to harness her power. And a decent power it is. Controlling the weather? Nice. It seems she spent a lot of time as a girl being treated almost like a god, and after years of trying to get people to stop, she hates being in the spot light. As such, it seems she's doing her best to be a mediocre student. She's never failed a class, but she's never really excelled. Even on the few recorded events of her surpassing her classmates, she insisted it was a fluke and went on to point out what Corvus and Chiara did fantastically, as if to pass the attention elsewhere.

Unlike most of the other students however, when she moved into the dorms, she refused to use her powers outside of class, unless absolutely necessary. She didn't trust her own abilities, and had to be coaxed by professor Aigwon to do even simple things (such as give a light sprinkling of snow on his Christmas display). She's cooled off since then, seeing as she was whipping up a nice gust to help the other kids fly kites when I arrived back on campus.

Hopefully, I can help prod her along into being proud of her power. It's a nice power, but she won't be worshiped here. If anyone's going to be worshiped here it's going to be me, hohoho.

I'm not sure how to accept this card...if you look at my last comment on Fixit i was really hoping for a five star with an ability to support it. Like +10 attack, -2 opponent power something along those lines. But then when i see Snowflake i think" ehh shes ok..." but she could have been better. If UR is really interested in balancing out the game we need there are alot of clans who need to be revamped. Like Freaks, Roots, and Skeelz and some others... if you look at their good cards, and compare them to the good cards from Bangers, Rescue or Ulu Watu it just isn't fair...I am a Skeelz user and from my experience they really need some better cards to try and balance out some of the much stronger clans. Snowflake is decent but she wasn't exactly what i was hoping for. Seeing how at this point in time it is almost impossible to play mono with Skeelz...please UR..I advise you to change your ways lol...so if you agree i would appreciate your help in my crazy attempt to make things a little more fair in the Urban Rivals universe.

Trombone, Aigwon is the Nature teacher, I seriously doubt there's two nature teachers. I just think they've just ignored the 'First level is white' rule.

is it just me, or does she look like pochahontas?

Snowflake (Storm from X-men)

7/4 (6 with fury)

> 7 power, is natural for a good and survivable card.
> 4 damage for a 3* is again good as she's a 6 with fury.
> Heal 2 max 12 ... OMG! She's one star lower than Eggman and her ability stays, 12 is very high! and 2 hearts per round is a lot! Try winning with her on the first round, like around 4-5 pillz if you land it, well done! if not :/
> Very good bluffer and with 3* she'll nicely go into a mono or half Skeelz deck.
> Along side Greems poison, you'll be giving your opponents a lot of trouble! and it's quite fun :3
> CHEAP!:*::*::*:

> not as flexible as other 3* who's ability can be used whenever, where as if you win with Snowflake on the last round, then it's a wasted ability.
> Very predictable on the fist round, people usually try to tackle it because it's ability is great :sneer:

Conclusion: (8.5/10) Very good, what I like is that this card would do very well in ELO considering your against weak damage monsters or you've got a lot of damage reducers on your team. However, she's not perfect and I would definitely choose Chiara , Sandro and maybe Praxie over her due to their unbelievable powers and their handy abilities. Also a great card to complete the healing missions too :-d

Snowflake's Diary
Today me, Lorna, and Danae took a little trip to the Clint City mall, to do a little shopping. First we went to the food court to grab some mocha latte's from a StarClints joint, Lorna chatted about all the boys who would find attractive, Danae sugguested the Space & Time student Michael, but Lorna isn't interested in him, she's not a fan of Caverns & Creatures. I sugguested Tomas, although Tomas is one of the most popular boys in the Academy, Tomas only thinks Lorna as a friend. After we exited the food court, we headed to our favorite stores; for Lorna it was every clothing store in the mall (except for Dark Topic), Danae's favorite store was Dark Topic (which had books that catered to the dark side of knowlege, like Danae was known to do), as for me it was a holistic medicinal store that's ran by a close friend of mine, at the reservation I was raised in. The friend was name Little Wolf: The son of a shaman from the reservation. So I talked about my experiances at the Academy, and how I became one of the top ranking Nature students (I'm second to Corvus). Today was very great, since Lorna and Danae treated me like a friend and not a godess, like the people of my tribe.

She could have a different name (Something like Tempestade or Poca) just to give Frozn a card with the name of "Snowflake" who would turn CR in the future.. :*:

it is Moonstar and Storm from the X-Men mixed, both teachers at the academy too. Moonstar is not as familliar to people who don't read the comics, but she is Native American
