The Pussycat revolution is here and they’ve got their claws out! And to gain influence in government circles, the Pussycats are quite prepared to strike below the belt…in more ways than one!

@Chattern
What you just said is grossly wrong. Feminism IS about equality between the genders, as in bringing females up to the levels of men in society, not about females becoming dominant. The Pussycats are beyond this concept, as stated by "Feminism is a thing of the past. Make way for the reign of Double X, XX power!" The Pussycats, therefore, are no longer feminists and instead strive for a female dominant matriarchy.

Apparently, Vanoxymore had been asked to do 4 arts for Jayzel, the first one being HIM in his dressing room picking out a dress to wear for the evening, smoking a cigarette in his boxers while wearing a boa, with the name Rory as his original name. I can only assume that the developers of the cards had a last minute change of heart regarding Jayzel, deciding to make him a her and dropping the first artwork. It could have been to keep the Pussycats all female, or possibly some other social backlash associated with men in women's clothing.

Her artwork is perfectly fine, not every female cards needs to be hentai/ecchi.

I think this card is underrated. Think about the synergy. Pussycats are designed to take losses—any revenge-based card is automatically better than its stats simply by being in this clan. Same goes for Vortex.

@icezfrozen
Not if the man goes as a Woman, honestly I think Pussycats would be accepting of a Trans/Drag member.

The Charlie files
Name: Jayzel (aka Kelly Knowlands)
Member #38
Occupation: Bank teller (Kelly), singer for The Pink Club (Jayzel)
One day I was putting a deposit from my paycheck, when I saw Kelly Knowlands, a meek bank teller at the Clint City Bank (which happends to be nutrial terratory for the clans of the city) who never even had a single customer to deposit and withdraw they're savings with. So I gave her my deposit to her as pity that a women should not be neglected in such a manner; as I gave her the deposit, she was happy to see that a customer cared about her, and gave her an note that contains directions to The Pink Club and it was on open-mic night no less. Later that night while I was sitting down at my favorite table next to Noon and Louise, that's when I saw what looked like a drag queen, insted of kicking the guy out I wanted to hear that person's voice, and it was soprano-like voice like no other, and she was singing Cherry's top 10 hit 'Love Is Fickle.' The person goes by the name Jayzel, and she thanked me in her performance. After open-mic night was over me and Louise came to the dressing room, to see that she wasn't a man in drag, but the teller Kelly Knowlands, who worshipped the clan like Gwen did when she considered joining. I gave her a deal of working as a lounge singer at the Pink Club, while working 6 days a week at the Clint City Bank.

@RT-Something

I think that the main characteristic to be in Uppers is to be rich and be only rich while in Pussycats one should only be a woman to take part in the clan, dont you think?
In my opinion that "to banish ugly people" means those who are poor... smiley hope this will explain everything smiley

for a long time, Pussycats have needed a SOA card, and now they have it!

pros:
1. only SOA for Pussycats giving them the chance to preform better in elo
2. the price is very cheap, so perfect for starters
3. 7 power for a 3 star is above average, especially compaired to other pussys (Cherry being a notaible mention)
4. 4 damage is again decent for a grade 3
5. SOA/SOB does not cripple her, as wit 7/4 she can fight pill battles
6. attack/power manipulation hurts a little but only from bonuses as her ability takes care of other abilitys

cons:
1. she can be a risky and it i unfair to state that you will always pull her ability of becuase you will not.
2. clans such as Rescue and other attack/power manipulation reduce the succsess of this card.

Overall:
if you aim to use mono Pussycats (especially for elo) then this card is almost needed. most clans have an effective SOA (unless is banned) and most elo decks use one, becuase of the sheer advantage and game changing power SOA brings. Jayzel may be no Rubie but she has her advantages.

Remember Pussycats have an amazing buffer bonus, cards like Ella and Charlie pair up well (as she is almost always gonna be used to absorb damage), allowing for Yazel to be played. it is at this point Yazel can cause problems. knowing you have already lost one round (activating her ability) you dont really want to loose another and with clans such as Rescue, Uppers and Montanna Elo strong, chances are you are going to run into one. However again she does have the neat -2 damage min 1 so it cussions the blow if u do loose.

rate green if u argree smiley

the original first form of this card was supposed to be a boy in boxers trying on womens clothing. I looked at the artists Google+

A card that screams potential, however situational, lacking firepower and in a clan that doesnt see much daylight in ELO; this cards screaming potential is confined in a soundproof room. Ok lets go...

Jayzel: 7/4
Ability: Revenge: SOA

Pros:
-SOA. Long has this game existed and throughout its lifetime SOA remains one of the most important abilities in the game. Capable of preventing one hit KO's, nasty pill reductions and mortifying power reductions it remains a players favourite for offence and defence.
-The most positive role a revenge card can have is to allow the card before to have a potential sneak attack. used in tandem with some heavy hitters like Charlie, Diana and Ditha this card can put you in a winning position without even using the revenge ability.
-Jayzel = the feminine Jay? Personally never heard of anyone in real life called by that name so unique i guess.

Cons (and boy are there many):
-the flip side of the revenge ability is that it is highly situational. While it can work in your favour there are many occasions where it wont. and although obvious you will have to sacrifice a card in order to activate the ability and last time i checked, the Pussycats didnt have any outstanding defeat cards.
-There's no attack/power/pill manip to help this card win fights and although 7 power is decent it can be easily undone by the many power/attack manipulation cards out there.
-Most people can live with taking 4 damage and still win a fight and more so in ELO, so the damage of this card isnt really hard-hitting.
-The art is just eeew.

The Pussycats are an unfortunate clan to have a number of half-decent 3*s and meb one or two good 3*s (Muze/Noemi?). This card probably fits into the former and its another opportunity missed to put the Pussycats back on the ELO grid.

It seems the developers are finally getting serious about giving Pussycats a whack at Type 1 decks. First Ivana and now Jayzel, we're starting to see adaptability and potentiality for competing in the lower star counts.

Before now we've only had big hitters added to the line up for the most part, like Diana, Ditha, Selina, Lois Ld, and that's not even counting the previous high star count cards that made the Pussycats known primarily as a Type 2 deck group. Powerful women indeed, but with a ranking to match!

Now, teamed up with Ivana, the lower star count has been invigorated with more adaptable gameplay and a chance to shine. In a Clan that wins the game by losing battles, the Revenge ability is almost a universal skill.

(I won't talk about SOA being bad, because now _every_ card has an Ability, making anyone shipping without SOA in their deck someone who can't read the writing on the wall)

As a result, Jayzel is the Yayoi of the Type 1 Pussycat Deck, opening up room for Charlie or Louise. When you think of matters like that, there is no way to dislike this card, but only if you are actively looking for low star counts. People looking to own her are those looking to be specialty competitors or those who are collectors. Or people who are real fans of the Pussycats to the point of buying even the worthless Collectors Cards in their clan. (Like me, a proud owner of Manon Cr and Scarlett Cr!)

(If you find this review helpful and a worthwhile read, please rate it green so others can read it too.)

PYROpunk have you ever heard aboy CLANS ???? Even cards with same abilities and same stats have different role in their different clans :
let's take a look - Methane and Bryan
Methane - ability - +2 dmg, Bonus - SA
Bryan - ability - SA , Bonus - +2 dmg
While SA is bonus for GHEIST and it's not just common it's always there as a bonus in La Junta SA is very very rare ability and the other 2 cards who have it are either 10 000 000 clintz or 3 * cards with f*cked up stats
SO IN THE END Bryan is more usefull for La Junta than Metane for GHEST ( Dont get me wrong i 'm a hardcore GHEIST fan but i am also an realist )
The case with Jayzel and Yookie is even more complicated - there are agin too many SA in Roots ( actually all of them smiley ) while in Pusssycats teehre are only 2 cards and the second is 4 * Permabanned . So i finally proved that your comment is just SPAM

Jayzel: "Poor Man's Yayoi"
(smiley)Pros(smiley):
* 3* is pretty versatile
* 7 power and 4 damage are both great
* SoA is very handy, especially against powerhouses like Kolos and Crassus (which she would nullify is it weren't for his stupid bonus :sneersmiley
* of course, since Jayzel is in the Pussycats, she can reduce the opponents' damage by two (:*smiley
* only other SoA in her clan besides Yayoi
(smiley)Meh(smiley):
* SoA is Revenge, but since the Pussycats are a DR clan and there a three very good kamikaze/bluff cards (Charlie, Selina, and Ella) I won't put it as a con, but simply a meh (Sidenote: since it is revenge, you can't use her on the first turn so be wary of + life cards or 1HKO's)
(smiley)Cons(smiley):
* SoA can work against her with the many cheap and plentiful stop cards out there like Nakata or Victoria
* she has nothing to help her in battle and, while 7 power is more than decent, she can run into trouble with attack or power manipulation cards like Arkn or even Platinum
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bottom Line:
Jayzel is really what Pussycats needed: a new SoA that was cheap and good while not overpowered like Yayoi. Since her ability is situational (at least it's not courage! *cough* Boba *cough*) she can't really be thrown out like Yayoi without careful planning. However, if you need a SoA card and can't afford Yayoi (or don't want to continuously buy level 3 Yayoi's), and are willing to settle on a revenge activated card, Jayzel is your man.
