A veteran who hasn’t sacrificed a few bits of himself to a war is no veteran. And Dugan certainly took part in his fair share of wars before joining La Junta and had to wave goodbye to several pounds of flesh in the process. But fortunately for him, Masamu has put in some extra hours to turn him into a regular fighting machine and so now he's off for yet another round!

These light-hearted, loudmouthed fighters are as nimble in their actions as they are in their wisecracks. As supporters of a strong regime, these soldiers have decided to bring society into line, starting by shaving the heads of the wimpy youth. In the long term, they’d be more than happy to take over the running of the government from those “bunch of morons”.

ahh, Dugan a very good card compared to the all mighty peeler. then why is it not as expensive? ask most people the answer is fairly simple unlike peeler who is one of the best in his clan, Dugan is overshadowed by naginta, ray, emeth, situationally isatatis is also used, and obviously the General cr. peeler is perhaps only topped by the all mighty Dj Korr cr.

If you're playing mono Junta, don't waste your clintz on this guy, Sabia in mono is -4 damage/min 2 in mono, Dugan is -5 damage/min 4. Sure Dugan can reduce Kolos by 5 damage, which is nice, but that minimum of 4 means that considering how few cards actually hit 9 damage, you'll typically be reducing 4 damage at the most, and on top of that you will still be losing a substantial amount of life, so go with Sabia for now until his price comes down, because frankly he just isn't worth this much.

Dugan is certainly a deadly card when it comes to tough situations. He's also a damage reducer and that helps the player very much, DUgan can give huge damage of 7 and can reduce the damage of the opponent. 9/10.

Pretty nice card, and nice artwork. But I will give a quick review, if you don't mind.

For Off, this card is great for Type 2 Normal, Survivor type 2, and Deathmatch type 2. These 4 reasons is what makes this card great for Type 2:

1. Excellent Damage
2. Solid Power, not the greatest, but stable
3. Beautiful Ability. Minus 5 opp. Damage min 4 Is Excellent for type 2. This ability is definitly worth it when facing annoying peasants like Kolos or Kinjo.
4. This card is especially good for bluffs. You can act as if you want to win a round, but instead you reduce the opp. damage.

For these reasons this card gets a 9/10 for Type 2

As Far as Elo Goes, this card has many set backs.

1. Ability is not good. As many people know, there are so many cards that don't have much high damage in elo. And for this reason, the card's ability is not a threat.
2. Elo has 14 life points, as much as his damage is sweet, his power can hurt him when playing against solid 8 power card or Bangers/Ulu/ All-Stars
3. The card is vulnerable to virtually to so many bonuses, ESPECIALLY Gheist/Roots/Piranas/Nightmare.

And for these reasons, this card as far as elo goes, he gets a

P.S. I Made a pretty solid Survivor Type 2 Deck using this card.

People lets face it.
If he wasnt in the same clan as General cr people would be selling this card for like 10000-20000 clintz.
I mean 7-7 base stats
+2 damage
AND -5 opp damage
I mean what moe do you want?
Kills kolos and any other 1 hko
He generally scares the s*** out of any clan
and even without his ability or bonus can dominate pretty much anywhere.
Best of all with timber he is a fri**in 1 hit ko er
So come on people dont you dare try to lower his price.
