Some of you reported them and talked about it with me, there are some recurrent glitches :
Time out glitch :
your waiting for your opponent to play his/her card, nothing happens and then you discover you the the time out is counted for you.
If you have this problem, contact the support giving :
- when it happened (date and time),
- the browser you are using (IE, Firefox, etc)
- a screenshot
Match counted twice in ELO :
Our developers have found the origin of this problem and are working on it to solve it.
Contact the support if you have lost points giving :
- when it happened (date and time)
- a screenshot of your battle history
Your opponent played but you can't see his/her card :
Our developers fixed this glitch 2 weeks ago.
If you still have this problem, contact the support giving :
- when it happened (date and time)
- a screenshot showing this problem.
It is not always easy to find the origin of a glitch and find the best solution. It could take time. But don't worry, we do care about and are working on it to solve these glitches.

Something happened at the Fan Sites. My site (urdb.kirlad.net) had around 49.785 points and for some reason it was deleted.
Now all points are lost and the description is not the one I put long time ago.

Something must be worng with the market. After I sold out my only offer, the section "current sells" still says I have one ongoing. (the sale history has recored its finish nevertheless)

I didn't timed out, an error message appeared and i couldn't play my card!

I got an error message stating something along the lines of "There was an error downloading the information" while in the middle of a match. So I exit out of that match by clicking on the 'Play Now!' and trying to reenter the room. Only to get an error message stating "An error occurred while the data was being received by the network". So after getting back into the room, finally, 10 minutes later, I find that the match has timed out, netting me a stellar -20 points in the middle of a DT. Pretty much knocked me out of contention.
