Because a third of the competition was eliminated by the 1 vote rule
I have decided that it was a little over the top and have decided to cancel that rule in the name of good competition
It wouldn't be the same if there weren't enough people writing

The theme of the second round has been disclosed to Lord Squid already and the theme will be disclosed to the other players next week
in other words, winning people's votes gives you a time advantage but does not limit creativity
All themes have to do with a specific clan-homefield advantage applies
Racers from a different clan must find a way to overcome the scenario presented in any way possible of course
Oh and weapons are allowed as self defense this time(hint)
