Although rumors had been flying around for the past few weeks, the news still took many of the city’s inhabitants by surprise. Smokey and Amiral Py have just announced they’re leaving Clint City to set off on a voyage around the world in a boat they did up together. From Wednesday, December 23rd 2009, these characters will no longer be available in the shop’s packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the market will be blocked until the morning of Friday, December 18th.

Smokey is very surprising. The last Cr announcements didn´t have any impact on Elo, only Elo banned and bad cards became Crs.
But now the best Piranas card is a new Cr!

Unexpected CRs indeed.
Good to see all those CR rumors become void.
And UR have even chosen CRs from two pack categories, which makes people hard and unwilling to gamble CRs out of the last minutes' draw. This will definitely hurt pack selling, but also leave market gamblers less chance because the market will remain much more stabile.

I was shocked that the amiral became a cr, but if anyone think about it, he's sorta old of a card and becoming cr is really reasonable.
