Hugo, because of his availability, he is given to players at an early stage of the game and you'll find that at that point he's superior to anything you can easily get your hands on, Morphun on paper is a better card, but by the time you get him, you may already have a deck that doesn't need him
Eyrik and Eklore fit niche decks, Ambre depends heavily on other cards in your possession and is better suited for T2 play with a deck where any card can 2hko with any other card and is not killed by DR, (Uppers has a good example of this, Ambre turns Rubie into jackie and jackie into 11/6 soa)
Have no Morphun so cant judge him.... seen some nasty special decks around him and got my ass handed to me in a plate so he is tough.
so I vote for Eyrik / Bridget. Eyrik is good when you pick a bit special deck and have to sacrifice tad of power and fit 5/6 star cards in for their abilities. I've had huge success in survivor mode with Bridget since she widens the lifegap even more, often allowing me to take one extra hit from the opponent without it affecting the play.
There isn't a single answer to the question. Some say Morphun, some say Eklore. With the right builds Bridget, Eyrik, Hugo and Ambre are superior. In training mode Vansaar is the unarguable king. Even Timber and Vholt have their uses.
