Wow, I didn't realize the elo room had furniture. I'm always imagined it as a big auditorium crammed with hundreds of people boinking each other with rubber hammers while laughing manically.

What do you mean by rank. If you mean that your score won't increase then theres a small bug which is stopping it for some people, if its not please explain.

Haha guys, I believe he meant that he could not get a placing into the Elo ranking... Something like the bug where people had their Elo continously stuck at 0. I've addressed him so I think he's cleared his doubt.
