Collector auction. What do you think of it ? Dr.Ido - Divinity - Clint Staff - Monday 10/12/2012, 15:49
We have a simple idea that we hope you'll like. Before moving forward on it, we'd like to know what you think.
Nowadays, we give away Collectors through the DT and the ELO tournament. We'd like to put 5 collector on the auction everyday, with a price starting at 1 clintz and no reserve price.
This way, the price of the Cr (especially of the top 5) would be set by the buyers instead of the sellers.
The number of Collector released in the economy would still be modest (half of what we release through the DT), so the impact on the economy would probably be modest at first.
Hopefully, after a few weeks (months ?) that the prices of the most expensive Cr would start to self regulate and reach more reasonable levels.
Good idea since since I'm poor I can place top 150 in DT's like nothing but that's still not enough income.. and I suck in ELO (highest is like 1090?) And I'm not trying to f*ck up my W/L by trying to get 1200 or higher in ELO.
No, we don't need that at all. 40 credits is far too much for 1 god damn mission and 50,000 clintz is just stupid. What UR as a whole really needs is more circulation of Cr's to drive the prices down and that's what UR is trying to propose to us.
This is a joke!! prices are high becasue the cards are rare, how do you intent to subsidise the players like myself who have given millions of clintz to get these cards? does my collection just have to diminish in value due to lower level player not having these cards?I worked hard for these cards and your telling me your going to give them away at a pittence!! JOKE!!!!
You have a good point NvMi, however cards will continue to rise and without a counterweight (putting collectors into the community) they will become harder to obtain for those who don't spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this game. There really is no way to fix inflation and everyone be happy with it.
