We have a simple idea that we hope you'll like. Before moving forward on it, we'd like to know what you think.
Nowadays, we give away Collectors through the DT and the ELO tournament. We'd like to put 5 collector on the auction everyday, with a price starting at 1 clintz and no reserve price.
This way, the price of the Cr (especially of the top 5) would be set by the buyers instead of the sellers.
The number of Collector released in the economy would still be modest (half of what we release through the DT), so the impact on the economy would probably be modest at first.
Hopefully, after a few weeks (months ?) that the prices of the most expensive Cr would start to self regulate and reach more reasonable levels.
So that's the idea. Tell us what you think, either by posting in the board and/or by answering the survey here : http://www.urban-rivals.com/to/auctioncr/

AT EVERYTHING'S ABOVE :
We need some missions like win 2000 / 1000 fight with at least 2 caracters
maybe the prize could be 30 / 40 credits or a Rare card or 50000 clintz .... PLS MAKE SOME MISSIONS INSTED OF THESE THINGS
We really need that
If UR wants to stop infaltion by draining clz from clint city dont do auctions just do some lotteries.
max players: 100
entrance fees: 10 000 clz
Prizes to be won: Lamar Cr (market price 600 k clz)
In this case you give 1 Cr and get 1 000 000 clz from the market
More good events with higher entrance fees will be fine.
This is a joke!! prices are high becasue the cards are rare, how do you intent to subsidise the players like myself who have given millions of clintz to get these cards? does my collection just have to diminish in value due to lower level player not having these cards?I worked hard for these cards and your telling me your going to give them away at a pittence!! JOKE!!!!
You have a good point NvMi, however cards will continue to rise and without a counterweight (putting collectors into the community) they will become harder to obtain for those who don't spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this game. There really is no way to fix inflation and everyone be happy with it.
