I have a Mono Uppers Deck that I'm planning on adding Kazayan to when I get the Clintz.

I'm also thinking about possible splash cards, advice would be appreciated

I like Spiaghi as a splash card instead of Samantha
Personally I would change Maurice to Lady since you have 1 free star space
or Burt to Kazayan like you said

Interesting deck. i would personally change Burt to Kazayan, Rubie to Pallack and Samantha to Spiaghi (or Wendel).
