If you are playing in no random and your attack is the same as your opponent it comes down to two factors.
1. level: the stars on your character are the first factor, the lower level will always win
2. turn: if your card was played first in the round and the cards level and attack are the same then it comes down to who played their card first.
these tips seem simple and were probably explained in some of the beginning lessons they teach u when you start but many forget them and are surprised when they lose the round.
Also don't 4get the pills!!!! another factor that affects who card defeats the other is which card used the most pills that round, it is a random factor that occurs and can only come to a conclusion with the above listed(and what i said)

@OP: Since the intelligence level in this thread is not revoltingly low, I think I'll give you a bump, and honestly UR should at the very least update their tutorial with a "for more details, refer to FAQ" message or something
