As part of hosting a tournament there is a section called "Deck Rules:
1st, can i see what is the deck each person is using when fighting, in order to prevent cheating?
2nd, Is it possible to see the cards used in a fight?
Another subject. My tourney is open for players to enter, it already started, so the new incomers
are placed in a "Waiting List". I would like to open a new group so they could play between each other.
Is it possible during a phase/stage to create a new playing group?

No i dont believe u can see their deck but they cannot get into the event room without the right deck so thats okay.
It is possible if u tell everyone that when they battle they must send u a screenshot otherwise no.
