The residents of Clint City are well aware that a walk in town has always held its share of surprises. But with the city’s latest arrivals, the situation seems to have stepped a level or two. The All Stars welcome out-of-control mascot, Spudd to their numbers, while new Ulu Watu, Serena, patrols the beaches astride a dolphin. Meanwhile, Saho, a new and very unusual student joins the Skeelz and the Rescue add Lothar, a new music-loving assistant to their ranks.

Spudd and Serena are great. Spudd creates a great new 4 star for ELO after Striker got banned, wouldn't replace Marina but when Marina is banned. Serena add to the great ula wata 5 stars, your gonna get a solid mono type 2 ula wata deck soon from just 5 stars.
Saho is average. Decent but has no help in combat which ruins her. You'd probley need to spend 2 more pills or more to be able to remove them 2 pills.
Lothar, well he sucks, look at his min and his power. Overpowered by all good cards, unless you can get the bonus to help which I doubt it'll help in most cases unless you overpill. Might have a place in dt due to high damage.

This is getting ridiculous. FPC needs at least 1 good 2* and a good 3* and yet we still aren't seeing any coming when other clans are given even more options in fields they are already shining (the new Ulu )
