90k Budget Stable ELO Deck

Hello fellow UR Players!
I am wondering weather you
Could help me make a deck with good power, and attack manipulation (and maybe some damage). Preferably stay away from clans like La Junta, Bangers, Jungo, and Fang Pi
Any help whatsoever ever would be greatly appreciated as I can't seem to get the hang of deck building

Got to almost 1400 with this deck and it's only 33k. However, it has a couple of cards that are often banned so you'll have to buy a couple of backup cards. Shouldn't be a problem with 57k spare clintz though.

Rescue and Sentinel are strong (too strong?) for Elo and have a variety of abilities depending on your style
