I have slowly compiling a little series called "Urban-Rivals Cheap decks" to help the newer players stand a slight chance in the dangerous streets of UR.
If you wish to help me in my endeavor to help newer players the rules are as followed:
- 5000 clintz budget
- each card under 1000 clintz (However I break this rule a lot of times).
- Leaders like Hugo do not count to the final clintz value (since they are technically free ).
Next deck in the series will be a mono Jungo deck. Send ideas in a postcard.

Wow i looked at this and thought.. its gonna be tough.
ELO legal deck under 5k that will be competitive enough to get to 1300.. Rescue is probably the best bet
but this one should be quite good

only 1 card over 1k at 1046 at this time
total cost as of publishing it is 4601

Interestingly enough this thread needs necroing
I stopped cheap decks temporary waiting for the arrival of standard.
Now Standard is here we can begin Cheap decks again!!
Next on the list is Junkz Mono!
So I am thinking:
Eyrik (available at level 30)---> Any Leader below him (Hugo is also good but he is DT banned still).
