Hey guys, we need some help with the US AppStore (and maybe other countries).
As french, we do not have any way to post comments on the store (it needs a US credits cards).
Some people are leaving bad comments because they had an issue with their purchases... We don't want bad reviews of course but also we want to show them that we are willing to fix every single issue they could have.
Can you post a comment to tell them all that and forward them to our support page?

My comment keeps not getting approved, for some reason. Apple's commenting policy is just as opaque as the app aproval process!

Posted 5-star feedback and a comment about the iPod version being a great adaptation of the online one.
gcttirth: I picked up my iPod Touch 32GB on Black Friday for about 10% off at the local Apple Store ...advice I was given by a friend was to go with the 32 rather than the 8GB as the 8GB is, obviously, cheaper...but if you've got a large music collection and/or download a lot of apps, you'll be using that up faster than you think. Also the 8GB doesn't appear to have been upgraded the way the 32 and 64 did in the latest generation released in September
