Setting the record straight Goralion - Admin - Friday 16/07/2010, 11:54
Although the Vortex made a big impact, they failed in their initial plan to wipe out the other clans on arrival and now the clans are starting to fight back. So, while the Vortex welcome new comers Dagg and C Wing to their ranks, the Sentinel sign up Katja and the Rescue recruit Cliff. The clans of Clint City haven’t said their last word... Get these characters in the shop’s packs.
Some of you are wondering why we are releasing Vortex cards slower than what we did with the previous new clans (10 cards in 3 releases instead of 18 for the Rescue, Piranas, Jungo, Skeelz). The answer is very simple, looking back to what we did with thos previous new clans, we felt that we should have been more patient.
Many of the cards that we released early in the life of the clan never saw much playtime, after only the second release you already had 12 cards to choose from !!
Releasing cards slowly also give us the luxury of monitoring how you actually play the clan and to adjust the stats of the cards accordingly.
Very nice release hopefully we can expect two more Vortex next week as the monitoring is done (side note I love the you lose but you lose life ability its just brutal)
I don't get it why people think C Wing is almighty.
Kolos, General Cr, Kenny, Sigma, Sylth, Naginata, Baldovino, Aylen, and so on will eat this card alive and will put the C Wing owner at a disadvantage more than it puts the player in an advantage if used as a sacrifice card. Want me to go on with other cards who would smile upon seeing C Wing get sacrificed?
