A Long Voyage

Although rumors had been flying around for the past few weeks, the news still took many of the city’s inhabitants by surprise. Smokey and Amiral Py have just announced they’re leaving Clint City to set off on a voyage around the world in a boat they did up together. From Wednesday, December 23rd 2009, these characters will no longer be available in the shop’s packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the market will be blocked until the morning of Friday, December 18th.

Wow. Now I regret my last few Smokey sales, but then who could have seen this coming? I didn't think it was going to be Dahlia (the only other CR similar to her is Splata Cr), but I wouldn't have put Smokey in the same category as say, Lys Teria or Zatman.

I wonder how high he will go, perhaps higher than Zatman until he is permanently out of ELO.

Simply unexpected.

My Cr speculation was Hawkins, i've planned to trade my cards for multiples of Hawkins.. i'm glad i haven't made any deal yet..

I had a feeling Smokey would be Cr but Amiral Py came at quite a supprise

Wow.. this is.. SHOCKING!!!

Well I have to admit that I REALLY like this...

It shows that we cant speculate any longer on what BIG cards are going to turn into CR's anymore.. They might just start hitting up our staples!

That is FAR more crippling to the decks than taking out a Tan, Jackie, or Dahlia! (The three cards that are ALWAYS talking about becomeing CR's!)

..Thats pretty sweet!

What bizzare choices . Smokey Cr ? really ? after seeing alec leave last time around , i was rooting for an imposed exile on jackie . fingers crossed she leaves next time .
