Although rumors had been flying around for the past few weeks, the news still took many of the city’s inhabitants by surprise. Smokey and Amiral Py have just announced they’re leaving Clint City to set off on a voyage around the world in a boat they did up together. From Wednesday, December 23rd 2009, these characters will no longer be available in the shop’s packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the market will be blocked until the morning of Friday, December 18th.

The way they go out of the game is people that have them stop playing meaning that the supply reduces, meanwhile new players don't have them but want them so demand rises much faster than the occasional lottery or Elo rewards create them, so the prices will rise. Fortunatly Smokey was a common card and there was alot of him about so we start from a high supply point.

That wasn't what i meant, i meant that he DID go Cr, his supply DID stop in packs, and deamand for him DID went up, but his price doesn't( not by much anyway), now, his price went from 9k at the time he was available for sale again on the market, and now it's 4k almost 5k, was is wrong with people, he should at least worth 10k from the way the rest of the Crs are being sold( like, at around 15k and above) Smokey Cr was a common card, he is now sold at the price about 5 times more than Amiral Py Cr, the amiral was an uncommon card, supply should be much less and should worth at least equal to him

Admiral Py is something for collectors only, he's never going to be used in a serious deck. His price will rise slowly over time but don't expect miracles.

I disagree apricotshoup he is quite usefull with 7 damage, while there are better choices i have seen Amiral Py Cr in serious elo deck just for a surprise factor. i find him more useful then a couple other 3* in that clan.
