Hey you guys,

I just got back to urban rivals from a break of ... a couple of years. I played before Rescue or what ever they are called were invented. I was hacked and never bothered coming bk but not im back and i want to know what kind of Uppers deck i could build for tournaments. I have the starter deck with some upers in it... I was skilled back in the day i could get top 25 pretty easy

Jackie Cr, Kazayan, Harold, Oxen, Pallack, Maurice, Rubie, Wendel. This deck could do quite well in T2 though if you can afford her Jackie Cr can be changed to Nellie.
