When i win fights with berserker. and it removes life points form the enemy fom the bonus skill. but at the end of the match it doesn't register. i currently have 32/70 and it doesn't seem to increase.

Its possible the opponent had a character or clan with Stop Opp Bonus as its Bonus/Ability, or that you aren't playing in Survivor mode

Where you playing in Survivor mode? You have to play in survivor for that mission.
