Hi, I am an active elo player and I am interested into joining your guild unfortunately i just cant break the 1400 elo. I can usually do 1300 easy (i know that isnt something) but after that it just gets 10x harder and I always get demoralized when i reach 1350 and drop by 40 in 2 games and then i stay at those 1300 , so may I ask for some free elo tips if its possible ?
