What should i buy if im going to use a Piranas deck .?

Hi guys.
I have the deck bellow that i use in T1 tournaments , DT and some ELO games, i've finished about 4 times in top 100 in tournaments but i know that my deck is not strong enough to push higher.

I currently have about 2k clinkz and some extra chars but nothing that powerfull, what should i do to improve my deck? Should i go for mono Rescue or combine them with orher decks? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm kind-off new to UR. I need some advice on my current deck for ELO/T1 and what clans could possibly give me trouble

If ELO is going to stay as 14 life, doesn't the current DT penalty system need an overhaul? Even if ELO was 12 life, there are plenty of cards who should not have DT penalties (even if they're OP in ELO) and some cards who are still in ELO but do not have penalties, which could have to even things out and make it possible for more variety. Here's my suggestion:

Penalties do not become dependant on ELO, in fact they are two completely separate modes of play.

The staff decide which cards should be penalized in a DT format (mainly Jackie, Lyse Teria).

They implement different penalties for different cards (e.g. using Jackie Cr loses 3 points, but Shakra only 1) and write this on the card / have a compiled list.

What do you guys think?

P.S. A card like Caelus is surely overpowered in ELO, but he adds a completely different dimension in tournaments because he'll have to face lots of attack manipulation. BUT, people will play him but I doubt Skeelz will ever become a top DT clan (like Uppers and Montana now).

I created a 9 card Mono-Piranas Tiny Cuts deck - The Points Plunderers (TinyCuts). But hold on, before you yell "9 CARDSOMGWTFBBQNOOB", there's a reason I made a deck, and it's because it works. By putting 9 cards in the deck, I can optimize 2* usage and still get enough stars (barely) to get into T2. This maximizes my points gained from each battle. If you play well, you can even 2HKO with Akhab and Tula, Tyd, or Taljion, still getting about 20 points. (points per win is also based on the less stars you have in your hand)

Comments on the deck are greatly appreciate and suggestions are accepted as well.

Please Help, because I got a low budget too.

I need help on making a Rescue deck and a Vortex deck that can make me get high in a tournament. With Vortex I was planning on mixing up GHEIST with them is that good?

I'm not an avid participator in tournaments but when i do participate i end up around the hundred Mark or below it i already average 12-19 points per battle but what type of decks or clans are best suited for that type of atmosphere and how can i get more points to finish up in the top ten or 1st place? And also how can i earn more points when battling a slow player? Thanks alot ppl

I have a very hard time winning in tournaments and earning points. I play ELO tournaments and win most of my rounds but don't place. I think I have to many high starred cards. Can someone help me build a decent deck. I have a good variety of cards:
All Freaks except Splata
All Jungo except Eggman
All Nightmare Except the CR's and Edwin
All Skeelz
All Vortex exccept Shaakarti

I have spent most of my time collecting cards and not playing.
