2. Uranus - he is no problem for SoA cards but otherwise his ability is pretty unfair.
3. Spiaghi - incredible useful ability for a 2 * card. His damage reduction has a minimum of one.
4. Redra - her ability is well protected by the Skeelz bonus. She is often used to activate the revenge abilities.

The montana's bonus is better than sakrohm's and Spiaghi is one of the most underrated cards out there. Reason why Graksy is elo banned is also coz of his base stats, which are on par with ratanah's (who's also banned) and an awesome ability. I even rate Uranus as a better reducer because of that 1 less star, but Graks as, of course, the better card

Ppl keep saying that Lehane and Marlysa Cr are the best 2*s, but Spiaghi is defo up there with the Hawkins, Z3r0 D34d and jessie's that ppl seem to be obsessed about. DR's are almost mandatory in any decent elo/t1 deck nowadays. Sakrohm/Pussycats were a great deck back then and many of the current cards weren't even introduced yet. Charlie, Graks, Uranus, Skrum and Yayoi were running wild. Powered by other unevolved Pussycats.

Now, if you look at todays Sakrohm, which are even stronger now than back then because of cards like Murray, Petra and Wakai, one can understand why Graks remains banned with his high power, high damage and high damage reduction. Spiaghi is in a clan that has trouble to find a top spot in ELO and his low damage are the two main reasons why he isn't even remotely considered to be ban worthy. Even with higher damage it would be doubtful.

And sure, Graks is a beast. A huge wall that isn't worth bypassing, but not worth letting through either. But, he is still a 4*, which in my opinion gives the slight advantage to Spiaghi. Everyone knows that Graks can deal damage too, but only very few people actually expect Spiaghi to deal 1-3 damage out of nowhere. I've seen Striker getting beat by a 2 pill Spiaghi a few times already, just because people thought that Spiaghi isn't worth putting more than one pill on. And often, Spiaghi winning a fight instead of just reducing some damage to 1 can be the difference between win or loss.
