ROFL at Forkpah's name. He/she will probably have to be relegated to late rounds, but then his ability is too situational to actually see use in more than 1/5 of every game. Still, I would use him over <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=979" class="characterLink characterID_979">Mikaal</a> for sure.<br />

Cindiloo is too situational again, and is probably inferior to <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=890" class="characterLink characterID_890">Diana</a>. I don't know what to change without killing the concept, but maybe min 8?<br />

Richardson is UP, I would use <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=873" class="characterLink characterID_873">Cortez</a> over him any day. He's just inferior in every aspect, I can't think of any reason to use him. @DoomBug<br />

Pirana is broken, mainly because the mins. are so low and the reduction is powah. Even better than <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=912" class="characterLink characterID_912">Spyke</a> at beating cards, with DR to boot. <br />

<a class="clanLink clanID_41" href="/characters/list.php?show=41">Rescue</a> is a bit too strong again, considering he/she/it is a <a class="clanLink clanID_41" href="/characters/list.php?show=41">Rescue</a>, and already forces pills. It's either take 3 damage or pill 3 times and then give your opponent a Heal, and this is assuming you guess right too. <br />

<a class="clanLink clanID_45" href="/characters/list.php?show=45">Vortex</a> seems fine. I wouldn't use him though, considering  Dreadlash's existence.<br />
