5 power with attack manipulation is much more acceptable. Even 8 powered SOA's have to 5 pill to beat <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=554" class="characterLink characterID_554">Nellie</a> 6 pilled (That's if the 8 powered SOA card has no attack manipulation). Even against Protection: Power or SoA, <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=554" class="characterLink characterID_554">Nellie</a> would be good as a bluff-caller, about the same as <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=352" class="characterLink characterID_352">Rubie</a> I guess. The only time where <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=352" class="characterLink characterID_352">Rubie</a> is more preferable is against DR. Now I won the fight, obviously<span class="sprite-smileys mini1_dorkygrin iepng"></span>, but something really irked me. I found myself doing math after the fight to confirm my suspicion. This card, along with most <a class="clanLink clanID_28" href="/characters/list.php?show=28">Uppers</a> (my opinion) is totally broken. Now besides the fact that SOA can even the playing field, if you don't have that or any attack/power manipulation then you are pretty much screwed and here is why.<br />
<br />
A card with between 4 and 7 natural power needs to have 5 pills to beat out <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=554" class="characterLink characterID_554">Nellie</a> if she only used 2.<br />
This power struggle goes on up until <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=554" class="characterLink characterID_554">Nellie</a> uses 6-7 pills. The opponent can only overpower her until 9, let me make that more clear NINE PILLS!!!!<span class="sprite-smileys mini1_devil iepng"></span><br />
<br />
Meaning, that you would need to pill (assuming your star level is lower than hers) 9 precious pills to win the fight. While the opponent only has to pill 6.<span class="sprite-smileys mini1_censored iepng"></span> If you were bluffed and are facing an <a class="clanLink clanID_28" href="/characters/list.php?show=28">Uppers</a> team....lord help you.<br />
<br />
Even if you won the round.....is nine pills worth it? Against mono <a class="clanLink clanID_28" href="/characters/list.php?show=28">Uppers</a>? No not at all, Never. So the obvious choice, unless you have DR, is to let her pass, but what if they used no pills or only 3 or 4? That's six damage people, that's more than a healthy chunk of your life gauge. Am I complaining? Kind of, but I won and know how to outmaneuver <a class="clanLink clanID_28" href="/characters/list.php?show=28">Uppers</a> users so my true purpose is to get your feedback on this.<br />
<br />
