c Irwigo

Released on Friday 23/08/13

El Divino did not turn up in Clint City alone. He came accompanied by his faithful assistant, Irwigo, the leaping luchadora. Famous for being the wrestler with the most amazing aerial techniques, a whole match can go by without her feet even touching the floor. And let’s not forget the physically impossible jumps she can pull out of the bag that earned her her reputation!

First development of the 2 of this character’s different developments:

Ability: Defeat: Recover 1 Pillz out of 2
Bonus: +1 Attack Per Life Left
If she was a reference to Mario she should have a twin. smiley
ANYWAYS... I guess this card's ability makes use for El Divinio's ability BUT you life would be decreased so... *shrugs*.

I don't think people understand that this card is a WALL. You put 1 pill and you have 26 attack in the first round (or 2nd because usually you want to win the first round as Huracan.) Very good card and I expect to be a sleeper in mono-Huracan decks. 8/10.

If UR had voice lines, we'd have Irwigo go "Ohhh... mamma mia!" after a loss. smiley

The name Irwigo is most likely a reference to the i phone app 'iRwego' which produces various Mario sound effects. Or both names are simply a reference to Mario's catchphrase "Here we go"

Second card to reference Mario after Marco Cr.

After much further use of this card (AKA 2 1350+ mono-Huracan runs with this card being a staple 2*) I've decided to re-review it.

This card is an absolute beast on 2nd or 3rd rounds in mono-Huracan decks. Simply because even if you 1 pill (default pill, technically 0 because you get the pill back) it in elo you end up with 20 attack (at full HP), which many cards have to spend at least 3 pills on to beat. Then afterwards, you get 1 pill back. Take this common match up for an example.

Irwigo (1 pill) 20 attack
Scopica (3 pills) 24 attack

Scopica wins, using 3 pills while you effectively used 0 and only lost 2 life. You now have your only remaining card (pretend it is Gatuchica) which has a +12 attack bonus from the Huracan bonus AND an additional +5 attack from the extra pill you just earned by 0 pilling your Irwigo. THIS is how Irwigo was meant to be played in, even against cards that do 5-6 damage still only end up breaking even with Attack Power in the next round against the Huracans.

Now obviously a 6/2 2* is going to be extremely weak against SoB and SoA, but still, against SoA she still creates a "wall" of 3 pills to climb for most cards and against SoB she is still a decent fork to get back your attack you lost from losing life for the Huracan bonus. Against all-stops she can still hold her own with low-star count and 6 power.

This is an extremely tricky card and pilling it 0, 1, or even 2 to 3 times can win you lots of games by itself as a mono-Huracan player.

Re-evaluation grade: 10/10 2* in my book for mono-Huracan, will always be my 1st choice for my mono-Huracan deck.

Clan : Huracan
-If We Lose We Get 1 Pillz Back
-6 Power Is Great For 2 Star
-Her Artwork Is Awesome smiley
-Her Bonus Is Good That She Can Win With Low Pill Fight
-She Is Only 2 Star So It Don't Take Space At All.
-Only 2 Damage,That Sucks.
7/10 She Is Good But She Can Be More Better.
