c Marzo

Released on Friday 29/11/13

Originally created to entertain children, Marzo’s mime act is actually rather strange and frightening. It involves him pretending his right hand doesn’t belong to him and that it can act of its own accord. Unfortunately, the hand appears to have a few psychopathic tendencies and wants to kill everyone it encounters, starting with its owner…

First development of the 3 of this character’s different developments:

While I highly doubt that the UR staff thought about it while making this card, I can't help but think about the Calvin & Hobbes strip about the "Disembodied Hand that Strangles People."

Don't worry folks, it's G-rated, and pure Watterson goldmmsmiley

This card is on the right track to make Freaks more of a viable clan. Freaks really need more defensive abilities to combo with their extremely offensive bonus. Marzo has an ability that is on the right track, if only it wasn't a stop ability.

Marcel Marceau was a famous French mime. Marzo = Marceau, right?

I decided to do a quick review on Marzo since i dont see any review for him in the comments
:eek smileylease rate Green so peeps can get a review smiley
-In my opinion Marzo is a safer pick than Mira against soa. Why you ask? Marzo provides 2 power and 2 damage reduction while Mira only gets a 3 power buff . This means that With Mira you have to win to make her effective while with Marzo you can lose against soa and still remove 2 dmg off of soa characters
-his base power is 7 which is decent and his damage is 4 which is average for a 3 star
- almost like an Olga with 1 more damage for 1 less power and damage reduction of 2 if his ability is activated which is excellent
-If there is no soa Marzo basically is a 7/4 no ability which isn't bad ,but however, this makes other 3 stars more practical. So obviously you want to use this guy when you are running into soa clans or cardsin great numbers.
- not great in T2
Overall: i would pick Marzo over Mira in almost every account for he does have a defensive asset. I think this card is very good for doing its job as a stop card and on top of that still pretty solid when its ability doesn't activate for this reason i give Marzo an 9/10.
Why a 9/10? 7/4 is solid stats and his stop ability is also very solid. As a 3 star stop card its serves it purpose perfectly for the Freaks clan.

random tip:i would mainly add him in T1 and elo decks

hope this helps you guys smiley

The Freaks' Journals

Well, it's Cassandra here, doing Marzo the Mime. I really don't care about this. Boris just died... and the others made me take charge... so... yeah. Anyway, Marzo is a mime. He's a weirdo who I really don't like to be around. His hand goes everywhere, including places on women's bodies... I have a feeling that the whole "my hand has a mind of its own!" charade is a front to allow him to continue his perverted ways. Anyway, I'm passing this onto Ironfield next. He seems to be one of the enthusiastic supporters of this whole Journal thing.
