Curtiss received the very worst mark in his entrance exam to La Junta. Unable to hold a knife properly or aim a gun straight, he thought his career in the army was over. But he hadn’t counted on No Nam’s nose for talent. Sensing the young recruit’s potential, No Nam dispatched Curtiss to Arnie's squadron where they transform enemy bunkers into gravel paths for Japanese gardens. And having climbed to the rank of TOP grenadier, Curtiss is now able to cause mass destruction within a ten mile radius!

I like this. I like this a lot. Ever since UR decided that ELO should have 14 life instead of 12, Dacote has lost a bit of his charm for me. Sure, he was still a OHKO, but putting that extra three pillz down for fury was more of a hassle than I would have liked -especially considering his lower power for La Junta. Curtiss looks like he might be a solid replacement for Dacote. His base stats alone are respectable, but the ability is killer. Power manipulators in Ghiest and Roots usually screw up La Junta when they don't have access to their abilities (as most ELO competitive Junta cards are power manipulators themselves) so this guy could be very helpful when it comes to getting that extra boost necessary to knock them out.

if used correctly he becomes a great asset in any deck not just mono La Junta paired with other La Junta he becomes an 8/6 and with SoB he is still an 8/4 which is a good bluff if your low on pills against a stop ability deck play him third round so you can dominate the last round even if you decided to put fury on him the payout gives you an extra pill. :*:
