Mr. Bean is correct. He's Kwai Chang Caine (played by David Carradine) from the 70's TV series "Kung Fu."smiley

Lihoi Chun is below the minimum accepted power which is 5, already making him bad. However, Lihoi Chun is the less bad non-Cr filler for Fang Pi.

When you play Monoclan Fang Pi, your last 2 seats are either a 3 stars and a 4 stars or a 2 stars and a 5 stars. At 4 stars, assuming you have Kati in, it's either Macumba or Linda, leaving the need for a 3 stars Fang Pi that doesn't suck. The only acceptable seats on that list are Seldnor Cr and Elya Cr(Massive Clintz). Anyone who uses Natrang misses the minimum power limit, but Natrang is pretty much the same as Lihoi Chun for the 3 stars filler seat. However, at 5 stars, you can use either a Leader, one of the OHKOers or Hattori//Kerozinn Cr. The 2 stars filler by excellence is Marlysa Cr (Massive Clintz). Barring that, Lihoi Chun is the least crappy of the 2 star fillers in Fang Pi, but he's still VERY bad. He's often used as the filler for that last seat, but from personal experience, I'd rather get a good 2 stars from another clan then use this guy, he's that bad.

Fang Pi is expensive all around simply because it's impossible to go monoclan and be taken seriously without one of the 3 non-5-stars Crs (Elya Cr, Seldnor Cr, Marlysa Cr)
