Wow. None of you Gina-bashers seem to know a thing about strategy. No Uppers card is useless, just by virtue of their bonus. Furthermore, Gina Glitt carries 8 damage, meaning that IF you can get her through, she demolishes your opponent (in a humiliating fashion, no less!). I've taken out many, many players with four pillz on her in the third round.

Alongside Hugo or Ambre (more so Hugo), Gina Glitt is a dark horse -- the card your opponent will consider a bluff (even if she's not!). Even without a Leader, putting four pillz into her and sending her out is a very nice strategy in non-random play. Nobody wants to pill too much against a 1/8 damage reducer.

This takes me into the final point: Gina Glitt is the only Uppers damage reducer (and a -4/min 2 at that!) making her, at the very least, rather useful in many mono-Uppers decks.

Don't take any card at face value and bash it without considering the strategy end of things. Gina Glitt is a perfect example of a card that SEEMS useless, which actually ends up making her GREAT!

I like how everyone assumes that someone going against this card wouldn't even bother putting a single pill down. If he/she does and their power is 8 then it ruins all your just use 3 pillz scenarios. That is even without a bonus or ability. Add in many of the attack manipulator clans, bonus killer clans, power adder clans, and the myriad of cards with abilities that increase attack or power and now you see why "just use 3 pillz" shouldn't work against a decent player. If it does, congrats you are playing an idiot.

Gina Glitt is a very unique card, but if you take a look at her base power unique does not seem that helpful. smiley
But fact is currently, it's ONE OF TWO (!) 3 star card in the game that has 8 base damage.
Flavio Cr is the other ..................................................................... that's a different story though.
Diyo Cr comes close at 4/7 but NO ABILITY !!
Leila same deal 4/7 and no ability.

In most battles you will lose a round so thank you -4 damage ability.
If played against an Ability stopper it's a definite lose (only chance is to have a min. of 3 pills and let the bonus take over)

I wonder if it'll be who will be the first 3 star upper to turn CR - Gina Glitt // Zatman / Rubie

Blade's review-

pros:
- Immune to power reducers
-8 damage great for a 3*
- A 3*
- very cheap
- reduces damage by 4 which is good
- her bonus helps a lot

Cons:
-1 power
- DR's really weaken her
-SOA & SOB really weaken her

Overall: 5.5/10 or 6.5/10. Why 5.5/10 or 6.5/10? This is because her power is not too great plus soa and sob hurts just weaken her too much.I recommend this card if you are running out of clintz.Also, it really depends on how you use this card.

Gina Glitt, she certainly has her ups and downs. Ups being she is the best Uppers damage reducer edging out Burt by 1, and her ability is activated at level 2 making her useful in two levels. The other is the fact that you have the chance (an extremely low chance) to take someone down with her devistating 8 damage.

Her downs is she has a 1 power. She can easily be taken down by many cards as well as many clans.. especially Nightmare and Piranas. GHEIST and Roots need not worry about damage reducing while attack manipulation decks need no more than a single pill to counter her.

Still, she can be useful (especially at 2 star for ELO) when her damage reduction works and occasionally when you catch your opponent sleeping Gina can give you a big fat lip. She can most definitely be useful for beginner Upper Class users as well as seasoned veterans. In the end, she cannot be ignored. You opponent cannot risk the loss and is forced to pill when you play her. When used properly, she's a cog in almost anyone's ELO wheel.

Ok, penguin, lets take, hmm any random soa. How about Tank! Due to the fact that I am not someone below lv 2, I should know that 8 damage is going to hurt, so what do I do against Gina Glitt? Pill 2 instead of nothing! 5 easy and free points of damage! and seriously, I don't even want to think about any of the ones that are actually used in urban rivals. Or maybe I'll have a laugh and play Emeth. Literally no contest. Of course I know some people have no idea that bluff cards can actually pill (I've beaten so many cards with Nimestiec), but this is just a matter of guessing that your oponents are bad at UR and has no place in the value of the card itself.

shes actually pretty good. i mean, most opponents will think your bluffing and send no pillz on the monster he sends against her. now heres the deal. put 3 (or 4, if you count the first pill giving her 1 attack) pillz on her, giving her a attack of 4, and watch the Uppers bonus do the rest... and BANG now she reduces her opponents life by 8

also, shes a pretty good damage reducer.

Gina Glitt: 1/8 -4 opp dmg min 2 with -10 opp attack min 3
Pros:
-Solid 8 damage that can 2hko with almost anyone in the clan.
- Great damage reduction which can stop any OhKOs
- amazing bonus which can help you win.
- almsot no no one will pill against a 1 powered card with dr.
- only 3*

Cons:
- Only 1 power
- have to be really good at strategy to get anywhere with her.
- against people with no strategy or really good strategy, she could easily lose.
- artwork kinda sucks.
- in a perfect world her ability would be -8 opp damage min 1 but this will have to do.

Overall: 7.5/10. She is really good but a little too shakey in my opinion.

not to be confused with troll cards- cards that PLAIN PISSES YOU OFF because it messes you up like Vermyn N Uranus GraksmxxT forces pills and do 1 damage or take damage

Pros:

- High damage reducing is great
- You can use her in lvl 2
- High damage with 8
- -10 Atk is great
- I think she's little bit scary to bluff with... If u pill 4 with her, your opp. must pill too

Cons:

- Her power is the most pathetic one
- SOB hurts very much, she has only 1 power times pillz (1x)
- SOA hurts too

Overall: 6-/10

Ah, Gina Glitt you are one of my favorite, yet underrated cards. Here are some suggestions on how to use her.

Anti- Copy Opp Power: With a low power of 1 along with a minus attack bonus, Gina Glitt can flip the tables on CoP cards. However, watch out for the star level, as they in ties. Ex (pro): Vs. Randy. Ex (con): Vs. Joana

Copy Opp Damage limiter: This use is highly situational. It occurs when a CoD is played, and you have all high-damage cards. Well, Gina Glitt can help. Her ability allows her to reduce CoD to a much more manageable 4-6 damage. Again, this is highly situational. Ex (pro): Vs. Laura ( to some extent). Ex (con): Vs. Luba

Bluff/ Bluff - Caller: The combination of Gina's low power and her ability can make her a very good bluff. Most people will pill 2 pillz (total) against her with a 7- powered card. Just pill 5 and most of the time, you will win. Look out for attack manipulators, for they will almost always win against Gina. Ex. (pro) Vs. Montana. Ex (con) Vs. Sakrohm.

Lastly, a damage reducer... This use should be straight forward.

Comments: I like Gina Glitt. In the right hands, she can be devastating. The largest problem I have with her is that she is a three star, so if you tie, you lose to 2 star or possibly 3 stared cards. I would like it better if she just stayed at her two star level.
