Scarlett Cr is actually better than one would suspect, and worse than one would think.

With an overall of 4/7 (including the +4 Damage Ability) one would think that Scarlett is a throw away card. In many respects you're right. In a normal game the lowest common denominator is who has the card with the biggest +Attack. And therefor Scarlett is useless.

But this is the Pussycats we're talking about here. Anyone who runs Rescue, Montana, Uppers, or another deck that depends on Attack modification won't understand, but a Pussycats deck is about damage control and counter attacking. What good is having three High Power/Low Damage cards when only 1 damage gets through per round? And Scarlett Cr is the card that is used to immediately turn the tide. She has the highest Lv. 3 damage rating of all the currently existing Pussycats, even is it is an Ability Mod. And since she's a Power 4, people often don't expect her to be Pillzed up and forget her until it's too late. That or they throw everything they have against her in fear of 7 damage, which makes her good for an opening Bluff.

Scarlett Cr is a versatile card, like so many others in the Pussycats. The reason most people don't see that is because they only use the straight forward cards and clans. But Pussycat decks are all about tactics, so how effective she is really is dependant on you.

And for everyone's knowledge, the reason she's Cr is most likely because she was done by a guest artist, like Manon Cr.

Scarlett Cr: 4/3; Damage +4 at level 3

CARD REVIEW:

GOOD:
-First of all, she is my all-time favorite card in Urban-Rivals (for the simple reason that she is the first Cr I won in ELO smiley )
-Now, back to the review... she is virtually a 4/7 (4/9 with fury) card that can reduce her opponent's damage by 2 to a minimum of 1
-She has a lot of damage, opening a wide rage of 2HKO possibilities
-She can be use as a defensive card or a small bluff
-She can be used at level 2, but WHO can do that??

BAD:
-Although she has high damage, she doesn't have the necessary power in order to deliver it
-Also, SOA makes her a useless 4/3, 3* card

DECK REVIEW:
-Scarlett Cr can only be used in a deck for showoff, that's it... Yayoi 3*; Betty; Meg; Dolores Boss and even her sister are better 3* options
-Her power makes her a really bad choice for a T1/ELO deck, and a horrible one for T2/Survivor

CONCLUSION: Scarlett Cr, like most collectors should be kept outside your deck. If she'd have 6 power, it would be something else, but as she is now... she's useless. Anyway, however useless she may be, she will always remain my UR jewel smiley

just to think, before she became a cr she was probably only worth 200/600 clintz, but now look at her smiley 1m, gives hopes to those newer cr's such as chikko,

Sunday 27/06/2010, 23:54

4 Saken it would be kinda cheap but the thing is that its a cr and all cr's are expensive so go complain on Globumm or Robin or the others.

@-Elmo- well she was only release for less than a month 6 years ago and so was her sister so i guess even during that time she was probably worth alot as she would had been a limited time collectable
oh and some cr are cr before they are apparently released back around when urban rivals started Shawoman Cr was said to be released September 17, 2006 retired May 22nd, 2006 so some are expensive just because there was a extremely limited time of release
