-a good 2star filler for Roots
-his ability is hard to stop and he tends to have a decent power if used first in the round
-downside: his ability is courage based making him predictable, low damage, and..Roots, GHEIST, and Dieter can stop him easily
-but still, a decent 2star card for Roots..^_^

i find this card to be a very good 2 star to have in a Roots deck, because lets face it, Roots does lack some decent 2 star cards and while sure Noodile Cr is 8/2 at level 2 theres only a limit to how long you can play a 3 star card at level 2 and over time you would end up spending more on noodile crs than you would if you just bought this card off the bat :P

level 1 - 3/1
level 2 - 5/2 courage: power+3

this card can be somewhat predictible to play because of the courage abbility but you can also play him as a quick bluff, with the combonation of his bonus 7 times out of 10 he's going to keep his abbility :) and 8/2 for a 2 star isnt all that bad could be used with just 1/2 pills for a quick 2 damage

over all 8/10

May as well rate him seeing as I shall soon own him:

-a theoretical 8-power gives him the highest potential power out of all Roots 2-stars
-the Roots bonus helps him ward off all but all-stars and Skeelz power reduction

-vs Roots, GHEIST, and Liam, his power remains at a lowly 5
-2 dam is pretty "meh"
-competition from Jeto (who is waaay cheaper) means that you'll rarely see this card used

My rating: 8/10. Don't get me wrong, beltran is by no means a bad card. He has high power, a low star count, and can take care of annoying cards like Striker. However, with Jeto being cheaper, having relatively more solid stats, and atk manip to aid in pill-ties, you'll rarely see this card being used. Quite a shame....

Beltran became Cr!

Totally unexpected, many noobs back in the day are now rich!

@69 JustGiveUp and glippy
Real fun fact
In early urban rivals
UR had made a deal with soleil to advertise some of their comic book characters as temporary release cards for a short period of time and announced beforehand that they will all be going Cr. Note that some of these characters don't fit too well with their assigned clans. For example Swidz Cr has a bio the doesn't fit well with sentinels and Tessa Cr as well. They both were also originally in Junkz too, but I believed that they should had stayed

I see a soleil signature underneath this comment wall, is that new, does anybody else see this?
Right underneath where it says "Write my comment"

Should look like this http://static.urban-rivals.com/img/SoleilLogo.gif only not fuzzy (if it is)
